Minimum 19 years of experience in Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Cost Control & Reporting, out of which approximately 10 years in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and Refinery Industry at Site. Handled two Refinery/Petrochemical Project covering all phases of construction (Start to Commissioning & Hand Over) at site handled by multi-discipline contractors. Have supervisory experience in 2 large Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and Refinery projects leading & guiding a team of Planners/Project Control Engineers. Have good communication skills to liaison with Client, Construction Managers, Project Control Managers and Home Office of large multinational companies.

Managing the technical quality and consistency of the project, Managing the co-ordination of data between multiple EPCM consultants, Reviewing and advising on the engineering parameters at the interfaces between the stake holders involved, Resolving the interface related technical issues, Attending meetings for Project progress and resolve the technical issues.

- Checking, reviewing and approving all engineering drawings/design documents and calculations by contractors.
- Site supervision for construction and installation work, ensuring work is done according to cost and schedule and meets quality and HSE requirements.
- Contribute to the training of the Client's staffs.

Responsible for planning, organizing & directing the team of engineers and professionals, adhering to Contractual Obligations.

Hands-on experience in EPC environment, Administer and control departmentís functional roles & responsibilities, provide engineering support services, guide and assist as technical link in Business Development, Marketing, Estimation, Procurement & Project Construction Activities, review and evaluate tender documents/ITB packages, examine value engineering, Provide project engineering management services, control and execute front-end/detailed engineering with in-house resources/control. Interact with client and fulfill commitments. Provide/assist Executive Management with informationís and promote/suggest for prospective involvement & improvement in departmentís role and responsibility.

Experience of working in a Design/ Engineering/ Consultancy organization of repute, Self starter having entrepreneurial skill and analytical approach to problem solving, Capable to develop and lead a team of engineers in project estimation, oversee the project engineering quality and to provide detail engineering support. Adequate knowledge of Various Relevant Software's used in Respective Discipline.

Experience in executing EPC projects alongside Contractors, Material Requisitioning, RFQ Document Review, Finalizing List if Engineering Deliverables with Client/Consultant, Engineering Quality Monitoring / Control, Interface Engineering Liaison, Technical Evaluation of Vendor Bids, Vendor Documents Review and Co-ordination with other Engineering Disciplines and site Sub-Contractors. Good knowledge of International Standards and Codes applicable to the P & G Industry. Capable of managing a group of Engineers and Draughts men in terms of activity scheduling, man-hours, quality control and resources planning in delivering Fast Track EPC projects.

Establish Project Plan, WBS, Reporting Structure and ensure that these are followed. Analyse the schedules and reports and take corrective actions by formulating mitigation plans and carry out delay analysis /delay analysis. Provide Early Warning to Project Management.
Ensure that all control mechanisms are established to monitor performance and analyse trends and prepare forecasts for review with Project Management.
Identify and analyse deviations and trends against budgets and schedules, investigate such deviations with the relevant group, Ensure that effective Change Control mechanisms are established and that agreed Changes are reflected in Schedules.
Carry out interactions with Client, attend meetings and presentations to the Owner. Keep close liaison with client personnel to maintain satisfactory working relationships and to identify potential problem areas Undertake Milestone Reviews and prepare analysis.
Integrate Schedules from different locations to prepare & update a Master Schedule. Maintain a working environment and lead, guide and motivate the Planning team which is conducive to both self motivation of staff and enhance opportunities for career developments. Keep close liaison with operating departments in order to reflect changes in technology and operational systems in the company in planning methodology

Project Management of EPC contracts, Ensures the completion of jobs within the contractual requirements of the client, and within the budgeted time, cost, and quality standards with a perfect safety record. Provide regular periodic progress reports to monitor performance and highlight any problems at an early stage.

Achieving all major milestones within the site schedule, Performance assessments of all site staff including contract staff and life-of-project staff, Maintaining an intensive customer relationship and a high level of customer satisfaction, Closeout of all site subcontracts with fair and proper allocation of costs, minimizing impact to the Organisation, Co ordination with in-house engineering department. for obtaining BOQ, Preparation of budgetary enquiry for obtaining market rates, Follow up with vendors, clarified them and obtain the competitive price of the
