More than Five years experience in the field of Instrumentation.

(1) Working as instrument technician in a Gathering centre of Kuwait Oil Company maintenance project with M/S KREMENCO since August 2007.

Job profile:-

 Preventive maintenance shut down maintenance, trouble shooting, calibration and installation of various types of field instruments.
 Operation and maintenance of Honeywell TDC 3000 DCS, Honeywell Experion pks 200 system
 Basic Knowledge in DCS of Foxoboro and Rosemount
 Calibration of different types of level, pressure, temperature, flow transmitters both smart and non smart.
 Calibration, trouble shooting and maintenance of various types of Pressure, Temperature, Flow and Level switches.
 Maintenance of various temperature sensing elements such as RTD and Thermocouples
 Maintenance of vibration system ( Bentley-Nevada 3500).
 Maintenance and calibration of different type of temperature, level and pressure switches.
 Calibration and stroke checking of different types of control valves.
 Experience in calibration of various types of solenoid operated valves
 Maintenance of Effluent water plant system.
 Maintenance of crude separation system, crude desalting system, crude exporting vsm pump, condensate reccovery unit.
 Trouble shooting and maintenance of various Electrical Equipments
 Have experience in P&ID’s, loop drawing.
 Actively involved in the Annual Shut-down Maintenance jobs.
 Basic Knowledge in PLC, Hima system.
 Basic knowledge in saab radar.
 Basic knowledge in Agar dewatering system.
 Glanding and termination of all process parameter instruments.
 Tubing for various instruments from process line and air line.


(2)Worked as Instrument Technician in Kuwait National Petroleum Company with KREMENCO for their Auto Drain System in the
Oil Storage Tanks from May 2007 to August 2007.

Job profile:-

 Actively involved in the erection and commissioning of instruments like Transmitters and all other related instruments.
 Glanding and termination of all process parameter instruments.
 Erection, Commissioning, Loop checking and servicing of all types of process control instrument.
 Preparation of punch lists.


(3) Worked as a Instrument Technician for two years in
High-Tech Engineers, Cochin, India from September 2003 t0 April 2006.

 Maintenance and calibration of various field instruments.
 Hands of experience in different types of temperature and pressure transmitter.
 Calibration and stroke checking of control valves.
 Calibration and maintenance of different type of temperature, level & pressure switches.
 Maintenance of different type of RTD’s and thermocouples.

First class Diploma in instrumentation from School of Information and Instrumentation Technology, Kerala, India in 2003.
First class Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Board of Technical Education, Government of Kerala, India in 1992.
