I’ve joined Pakistan Military Engineer Services (MES) a department of Ministry of Defense, Government of Pakistan on permanent bases from 29-July 2006 to update As Sub Eng E/M Grd II in E/M Sub Dev for Electrical Services and posted at PAF Base Masroor Karachi.

DETAILED TASKS ASSIGNED

· Preparing of estimation of cable installation, Retail pricing for Electrical Domestic equipment and any other user required commercial equipment under rules and regulations of Pakistan Military Engineer Services 2000, MES Schedule of Rates and Bazar Supply Rates from the Defense Ministry of Pakistan.
· Conversant with International standards, specifications, safety regulations and procedure for working on Project Site with collaboration of Contractor and Contractor Laborers. Preparing Weekly Progress and Complaint attendance reports.
· Maintain online compliant data service for Head Quarters. Maintains All Type of Registers, Ledgers and Log Books witch are used for MES Routine Works & Records.
· To assist Garrison Engineer in all Technical and Administrative affairs.
· To ensure correct preparation of Tender Documents, Contract Agreements, Estimates and Bill of Quantities.
· To ensure due and correct payments to the Contractors regarding their progress of works.
· To ensure better performance of subordinates regarding their responsibilities.
· To deal with the Technical and Administrative correspondence.
· To ensure the quality and quantity of works to be executed at site.
· Site Supervision and Physical verification of quality and quantities of various items, keeping in view the General & Particular specifications laid down under Contract Agreement.
· Preparing Detailed Estimates of various buildings (Single & Multi storied), Elect. Decoration work, Addition and Alteration work, Repair work, Replacement/Renovation/Improvement and Maintenance purposes.
· Verification of Bills.
· Ensuring quality & quantity of different items covered in bill of quantities and contract agreement.
· Verification of bills submitted by the sub-contractors.
· General Correspondence with client, consultant and related agencies for the execution of the work.
· Preparing progress report after monitoring the progress at site.
MAGA COMPLETE PROJECTS
· External/Internal electrical services for Different types of Residential Blocks & Non-Residential Buildings, Multistory Flats & Technical Workshops at PAF Base Masroor.
· Renovation of Air Field Lighting system including Runway, Taxi’s & Approach lightings.
· Commissioning of External/Internal electrical services for High Range Radar of Air Defense System.
· External/Internal electrical services for Gyro Lab System for Air Force.

TECHNOLOGY SKILLS
· Preparing of estimation of cable installation. Conversant with International standards, specifications, safety regulations and procedure for working on Electric equipment.
· Testing and verification accuracy of single/three phase LV CT/VT operated meters at site. Inspection of metering installation and Familiar with cable layout network drawings and Ring diagrams.
· Light maintenance of electrical & electromechanical equipments and AC machines. Operation of V.C.B & A.C.B switches gear, checking and operation of protection relaying system.
· Maintaining of Air field lighting system.
· Commissioning of new Gen. Sets for Alternate power supply source and Mobile Gen. Sets.
· Provide technical supervision about the erection of new elect. Poles for Transmission & distribution
· Under ground cable fault tracing and rectification.

III- Working experience as an Electrical Technician in Azgard 9 Mills; Formally Legler Nafees Denim Mills Unit-ii Ali pur road Muzaffar Garh. From 01-Jan, 2004 to 30-June, 2005 in Elect. Control room.
IV- Training Work for power generation in Fazal Textile Mills Unit No. II Jhang Road Muzaffar Garh City as Trainee CRO (Control Room Operator) & ERO (Engine Room Operator) for Two months 05-July’ 2005 to 06-Sep, 2005.
