Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (4 years).
I have 5 years of experience in India and the Arabian
Gulf in Field Instrumentation and Control Systems with extensive
experience in the Refinery and Oil & Gas plants. I have hands on
experience in Construction, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning.

Coordinator and leader for Control Systems ICSS (DCS & PLC) SAT Activities for (Yokogawa, Foxboro, Emerson) and Yokogawa Stardom SCADA and Vendor Packages. Expertise in Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up and Normalization, Tie-in / hook up, and Shut down activities.
Instrument and Control system leader for Loop Checks, Functional Test and Operation Test for Field instrumentation, Vendor packages Pre-commissioning and commissioning.
Co-ordinations with QA/QC departments for completing the inspection test reports and QC documentations, solving inter disipline design clashes with Engineering departments, Conducting meetings with Construction / Pre-commissioning departments for better work fronts and project progress. Familiar with Field Fire & Gas Instrumentation systems (Autochim, General Monitors, Deltronics and Apollo) managed by Triconex PLC system.
Basic knowledge in PLC systems of Bentley Nevada 3500 VTMS, Allen Bradley, Siemens Simatic S5 and S7, GE Mark-VI and Speedtronic control panels of Gas Turbines.
PTW Coordinator, Familiar with different PTW procedures (Qatar Gas, Ras Laffan and Total) ensures Permit to work compliance and appropriate Job Safety Analysis for implementing PTW system at Commissioning and Start Up phase. Conversant with latest Safety procedures (OSHO, IIF trainings from Qatar Gas, Safety Award from QG-2 Project team, Advanced SIMOPS from Yemen LNG). Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
Reporting to Instrument and Control Superintendent / Commissioning Manager.
Populating the instrumentation data base in ICAPS from subsystem wise marked up P&IDs, Cable schedules, DCS System Cable schedules and Intools data to prepare Status index and Basic Function details by subsystem/system wise.
Prepare, review and verification of Cable schedules, Operational Test Procedures, PFD, P&ID, and Cause and effect Matrix.
Review and prepare the Purchase Orders for the test equipments for field instrumentation, for Fire and Gas instrument Functional test and verifying materials as per packing list and coordinating with ware house for proper storage and controlled issuing.
Lead the ICSS (PCS, PSS, SSS and FGS) Site Acceptance Test with control system Vendors including the preparation of full documentation and dossiers required for the SAT test, Preparation of As-Built and red line mark up documents as per the site engineering modification.
Lead the Pre-commissioning activities and to make sure the ICAPS test sheets and check list and completed and the subsystem/system is ready for commissioning (RFC).
Prepare and lead the team with loop folders and test equipments required for the loop check and Functional test, Sequence/Logic Test and Operational Test.
Lead and participate in Functional test, Operation Test, Cause & Effect Matrix test, Full Load test run and 72 hours performance test of units and equipments.
