Hands-on, no nonsense hard working technician / mechanic with supervising capability, with a high level of self motivation, with the necessary work experience gained by working on different projects with different people at different locations all over the world. Have done the necessary company trainings and technical study's and willing to follow more company trainings to improve my function for the job. I have a diploma in hydraulics and at the moment I’m following a advanced level of hydraulics and in April taking the examination.

Work experience:
’82 - ’86 after merchant marine school, sailing on cargo ships. Nedlloyd (mechanic/technician) engine room, deck, maintenance etc.
’86 - ’88 stop sailing due study engineer merchant marine. (MsVs / MTS)
’88 - ’90 steel factory (ship’s pistons) machine operator.
’90 - ’92 different contracts’ (construction company’s) mechanic.
’92 - ’96 Stolt Comex Seaway. On DSV vessels. (mechanic) general maintenance
’96 - ’01 various contract’s and working as a (padi) dive-instructor (four or five summer-season’s)
’01 - ’02 working as a rescue instructor at MTC (Marine Training Centre) training off-shore / marine personal.
’02 - ’05 On-Off Shore project’s often leading function, different contract’s (engineer/mechanic) Damen Shipyards, Stemat, Smit-Tak, ect
Damen shipyards: worked as a service engineer (assistant Damen Field engineer) on a project in Cabinda/Angola, leadership over local personal, contact with the client, planning etc. Stemat: worked as a Boson onboard the “Pontra Maris”, assistance to the Barge-master. Smit-tak: deck personal on a heavy lifting-barge during ship recovery, heavy lifting etc. Damen ship yard: ship delivery / and various projects.
’05 - ’06 Fugro as mechanic/engineer ( off-shore survey, geotechnical operations)
’06 - 10-‘07 Cape-Group Singapore as Senior Offshore technician, (lived in Singapore), worked on offshore projects mainly jacket installation, working on hydraulic tools, vibro-hammers, ILT’s, leveling-tools, hydro-hammers etc etc.
10-07-’07 / 15-10-‘09 IHC handling systems various offshore hydraulic tools, such as ILT’s, PRT’s, Leveling Tools, Upending frame, Hydraulic Shackles, Pile-grippers etc.
* Updated offshore safety course (OLF Approved) and offshore medical (NOGEPA)
