I am an Instrument Technician passed Diploma in Instrument Engineering from Community Polytechnic College North, Calcutta(WB) in July 2001 with First Division(Grade B)

I have got a certificate also from electrical,instrumentation & control society(eiacs)PUNE,securing 97%marks in 2005 as well and having more than 7 years experience both Indian and abroad in refinery , petrochemical, power and gas plant industries (Maintenance and Construction) onshore and offshore


JOB PROFILE :-

 Through out my professional career I have been associated in all aspect of

Precommissioning, commissioning, start up and maintenance of process control

instrument both electronic and pneumatic like FT,LT,TT,PT,SDV,ESDV,CV, on/off

valve, MOV.

 Installation, trouble shooting, start up maintenance & repairs of process control

Instrument like LT,FT,PT,TT,SDV,ESDV,MOV,CV, on/off valve.

 Calibration and fault finding of all the smart type Tx with HART protocol communicator 375.

 Also worked on special type of Tx like capacitance type LT, Radar type LT, ultrasonic LT

and FT, micromotion mass flow transmitter, switches and gauges.

 Performed general overhaul on plant shut down.

 Have got experience in DCs (Honeywell EPKS200, Honeywell TDC 3000, Foxboro I/A

Version VI,SIEMENS) and also in triconex (Invensys, TMR) for emergency shutdown system.

 Have very good knowledge of loop checking with client, loop modification, logic checking,

preparation of loop folder.

 Have knowledge of P & ID, ILD, Logic diagram, Location diagram, Ladder diagram.

 Have knowledge of calibration, Loop checking & trouble shooting of F & G detecting

instrument like GDT,GDIR, manual call point(MCP),open path flammable gas

detector(GDB).

 Have got experience in vibration Monitoring system Bentley Nevada 3500 including
simulation from field to system.

*i have also offshore survival safety passport and also certificicates from GTSC, Abudhabi(UAE)
*have assisted the vendors of GE TURBINE(MARK 1V),COMPRESSOR,NITROGEN SKID,TURRET,PUMP ROOM , ENGINE ROOM, FLASH GAS COMPRESSOR……….

 Have assisted the QA-QC department and helped in inspection in absence of QC inspector or in case of urgent job.
