I send this letter to registrate myself and apply for the shore based position in Oil and Gas business field.
You will see from my CV, attached to the e-mail as well, that in my working history I use to serve as Deck Officer on ocean going merchant vessels and had National Watch-keeping Deck Officer Certificate, issued by the Bulgarian Maritime Administration.
During my nearly 10 years seagoing practice had experience on different kind of ships, general cargo and bulkers mainly.
At the end of 1996 I’ve been forced to stop temporary my sea career due to family reasons and decided to get some shore based job, connected to the shipping business.
Started manning job for the biggest (at that time) Government Manning Company for foreign flag vessels and since then (already 12 years) I was deeply involved in these activities, mainly for KOTC (Kuwait Oil Tanker Company) and Japanese TNKC - Kobe (one of the managing companies of K-Line Group Tokyo).
Since August 2008 until April 2009 I have been employed as General Manning Manager in Navibulgar – the biggest Bulgarian Shipping Company, operating around 60 ships.
Actually I am working as Manning Manager in private Manning Company in Bulgaria, providing Bulgarian seafarers for several foreign ship-owners but continue to looking for some professional development in the marine field and the shipping business outside the country. Being in Oil and Gas industry seems as a serious challenge not only from the professional side but from the human’s one as well.

Started in "Transimpex" Manning Department, the biggest and only (at that time) Manning Company, authorized by the Government to do manning business with Bulgarian Seafarers for foreign Shipping Companies.
Two years service as Manning Manager for KOTC (Kuwait Oil Tanker Company) and then KNKK/TNKC (Taiyo Nippon Kisen Co. - Kobe, Japan – Managing Company of K-Line Group).
Since May 1999 moved to TNKC own Representative Office in Sofia, Stargate – service as Manning Manager.
Since Aug 2004 continued as Manning Manager in TNKC just established own Manning Company in Bulgaria - "Stargate Maritime Ltd".
Since August 2006 (due to closure of Sofia office) moved to Varna (main Bulgarian port at Black Sea) - continued as Manning Manager. Actually working in this office.
From August 2008 until April 2009 engaged as General Manning Manager in Navibulgar (the biggest Bulgarian Shipping Company), operating around 60 ships.
Since Sept 2009 as Manning Manager in ADA-90/TRANSSPED – private manning agency, dealing with several ship-owners and supplying Bulgarian officers / ratings
