1. Attend the patient’s immediate needs and perform direct nursing care, meet patient’s existing and potential needs.
2. Take history of the patient or from a significant person related to the patient prior to proceed to any procedure.

6. Accompany the patient by ambulance to hospital with patients file properly recorded.
7. Daily coordination with ambulance driver regarding the status of the vehicle and make sure that the he is knowledgeable for the roads and road traffic to the hospital and has a valid drivers license.
8. Check and record expiry date of medicines and other medical items and return to main clinic the expired medicines.
9. Conduct and record daily and monthly inventory report.
10. Maintain the patient record book and keep it always available for further references.
11. Maintain and observe strictly the cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic.
