DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing of activities related to Piping Fabrication, Erection, Supporting and hydrostatic testing, reinstatement, pre-commissioning piping systems.
Assist the site QC manager in the organization, maintenance and control of the quality system
Co-Ordination with sub contractors, group engineers and other discipline engineers for achieving objectives.
Coordinating with construction site, Q.C department and Planning providing required information and technical supports.
Ensure that commitments are met, schedules are maintained and engineering works are performed as per design basis.
Daily co-ordination with group engineers consisting of Discipline engineers, Mechanical & Civil inspectors, Mechanical supervisors and other office staff.
Raising technical queries to consultants/Vendors and obtain necessary technical documents/Information for the easy functioning of organization activities.
Ensure that activities assigned are implemented within agreed time scales.

Period From: Mar 2008 to Sep 2008.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling in Progress inspection of subcontractor Piping & Fabrication Shop Including Material
traceability.
Handling Welding Inspection Fit-Up, Visual Inspection and Dimension spool.
Check NDT requirement and material take number report of the assigned project.
Ensure All NDT carried out as per specification and costumer requirement.
Prepare nonconformance reports to the QA manager and assist in developing corrective actions.
Implement the project records retention requirements.
Prepares necessary documents and Quality Control Inspection reports including punch list.
Witness of Material identification and Verification.
Coordinate with construction testing group and QC department in the preparation test
requirement of the test pack facilitates close out of any out standing punch items.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out quality control activities including inspection, examination and testing to verify
the quality of the installations and ensure construction operations are in compliance with
Project specifications.
Reviewing (AG, UG and support) for piping designs, making proper modifications on
Site as per client specifications
Study & review the pipeline alignment sheets for pipes distribution to be matched with the
Area classification as per ASME code and/or company specs.
Develop punch lists of incomplete work
Prepare and submit inspection reports of fit ups, dimensional, visual material summary for proper document and approval.
Witnessing and monitoring the pipeline preparation for strength & stabilization test also
the final cleaning, sizing & drying for the pipeline.
