I am DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGG graduate with more then 8 YEAR Experience

 Verification and application of the requirements of the applicable welding codes, scope of work and issued for construction (IFC) drawings.
 Verification against the documentation and marking of correctness of parent materials.
 Material verification with the support of mill test certificate (MTC).
 Verification to ensure that the applicable welding procedures specifications (WPS) are approved by the appropriate authorities prior to start any welding activities.
 Verification and correctness of welding consumable such as Welding electrodes, filler wires, consumable, inserts, gases, fluxes, etc.
 Witnessing of welders and welding procedures approval test as required.
 Verification and validation the calibration certification of welding machines / equipments as per requirements.
 Verification of Welding electrodes backing and storage to all equipments meets job specification and code requirements.
 Verification of dimensions fit-up and welds preparations in compliance with the applicable engineering standards and drawings.
 Verification to ensure that adequate and valid welder approvals are available and only approved welders processing valid welding cards are used / engaged in production / activities.
 Ensure that the approved welding procedures are employed in production / process and / or activities.
 Perform surveillance visits / inspection during welding and fabrication activities to verify and ensure the compliance with the specified procedures, including any pre-heat, interpass temperature control and post weld heat treatment (PWHT).
 Visual inspection and dimensional of completed weld against the specifications, requirements and drawings.
 Preparing NDE request as per the project spec & release the spools as per requirement.
 Witnessing and monitoring of NDT activities as per approved procedure and applicable codes.
 Witnessing PMI & PWHT.
 Monitoring welder performance and repair rates of each welder in accordance with job quality and code requirements.
 Perform inspection and test activities including supervision or monitoring of these activities when performed by subordinates.
 Co-ordination with the client/consultants to maintain the quality to move the project smoothly.
 Inspection of fabricated pipeline spools as per isometric drawing.
 Walk through inspection , Line check-up and punch list preparation and punch list clearing of erected pipe lines and pipings.
 Inspection of valve direction, tag number, rating, size and type of valves as per drawings and specifications.
 Preparation of Hydro test and pressure test packages.
 Monitoring / checking of Preparation and conducting of Hydro test / Pressure test activities.
 Conducting and witnessing of cleaning and flushing activities.
 Flange joint inspection,Bolt torquing and gasket verifications of flange joints.
 Tie-In package preparation and Monitoring of Tie-In pre inspection activities.
 Inspection and verification of Tie-In materials as per the project quality requirements

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,
