Experience in installation, testing, calibration, trouble shooting and commissioning of all field instruments like Control valves, ESDV valves(hydrolic and pneumatic), MOVs, DVC positioners, Ultrasonic, Radar, mass flow meters, vibration monitoring systems, pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, flow transmitters, flow switches, pressure switches, level transmitters, level switches, P/I and I/P converters, Control Valves, Solenoid Valves, etc….

Familiar with calibration , troubleshooting and loop checking using HART(275, 375)communicators.

Job responsibilities includes of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, functional checks and calibration of Fire and Gas detection systems

Experience in Charging, Testing & Commissioning of MCC,PCC, Control panels

Experience in designing, manufacturing, testing and trouble shooting of automation panels like MCC, PCC, Control Panels , Relay Panels, AC Drives. Very familiar with switchgears of SIEMENS and L&T.

Worked as Instrument Technician at Kuwait Oil Company in the maintenance contract no:27426 from 2006 march to june 2007 ( under Bader Al Mulla And Bros.Co)

Worked in Mumbai under Horizon Offshore Service (I) Pvt. Ltd for ONGC offshore project from December 2004 to march 2006 at Mumbai as instrument supervisor

Worked as senior Instrument technician in Bharath Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(BPCL) under Polytech Engineers Ltd. For the modernization project of crude and vacuum distillation unit From March 2004 to October 2004.

Worked as Instrument supervisor in Cipla Pharmaceutical Ltd Pune under Aar Gee Engineering for the commissioning activities related to the modification of the plant from September 2003 to March 2004.

Worked as instrument supervisor in Manglore Refinery & Petrochemical Ltd under Pace process control Ltd for the expansion project of phase-2 from August 2002 to July 2003.
