 This job is a combination between a technical IT and a Front Office Operation Person. I was hired in this job after entering a competition between all the IT managers, and the Front Office Managers in Hilton International worldwide.
 Only three persons were selected to do the Fidelio installation, configuration and Installation. This job was covering the following aspects. Performing the network installation for Hilton International worldwide and implementing the new Hilton Standard in the visited hotels. This includes hardware configurations for the server as well as for the workstation and printers. Converting the hotels systems into the new network and train the employee on using the new Hilton Standard. Giving training to the information systems managers on how to use the new system and do a live cover for two weeks after the cut over date. Giving training for all Fidelio users in the hotel on how to use the new front office system. Coordinating of all installation aspects in terms of liaison, follow up on cabling, interfacing, Fidelio license, systems breakdown and troubleshooting.
