CAREER PROFILE


OFFSHORE PRODUCTION:

Well experienced in offshore production in Platforms and rigs. Well Testing, Well completion, Well Actuation, Choke manifold, Start - Up and Shutdown procedures, Control room operations, Emergency Procedures, Chemical Injection etc.,


WELL HEAD OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE:

Well control Panel operation, well testing in Separator [2 phases and 3 phases], Liquid and gas readings and calculations of readings, calculation of GOR, water cut sample collection and analysis. Well Equalization, Well opening through STORM CHOKE. Flow back of the new well through Choke manifold, Separator, burner. Level Gauge cleaning etc. Pressure test of X-mas tree valves, Valve leak test of SSV, SSSV AND STORM CHOKE etc. Well casing pressure checks, Well optimization, changing of fixed choke, Maintenance of Adjustable choke. Familiar with Gas Lift Wells. Maintenance and Calibration of Chemical injection pumps. CCD and Sump Pump Operation, level gauge cleaning, handles emergency condition during Slick line operation.


UTILITIES:

Well Experienced In Utility Operations Such as Emergency Generator, Instrument Air Compressor, Centrifugal Pump, Water Treatment etc.


SAFETY EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS:

Familiar with handling of Safety Equipments, H2S Monitor, Gas Detector, SCBA, Fire detection systems, and Fire Extinguishes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Checking and recording the plant Log Sheet each and every day a variety of readings such as Oil and Gas Flow, Temperature and Pressure
Recording unusual occurrences after reporting them to supervisor and foreman

Attending regularly in routine checkups - of all Equipment and Units to ensure that they are functioning properly in accordance with standard operating procedure and conditions.

Starting, Checking and Stopping Pumps locally according to instructions or in case of emergency.

Changing wells into Test Separator everyday and Give the test report to Control room

Reporting of Equipment and Instrument Defects, Unwanted Noises and Leaks immediately to Foreman or Supervisor and take possible correct action.

Unloading chemicals (Demulsifier and corrosion inhibitor) into Chemical Injection Pumps as required.
Every midnight taking and calculating chemical tanks reading (Demulsifier and corrosion inhibitor)
Reporting Daily Shift Activities to Supervisor - Preparing Midnight Reading of Chemicals, Temperature, Pressure and Level and Shift Status Report are sending through E-mail to Supervisor
