• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Good mechanical design and implementation experience in Oil, Natural Gas, Plasma Gasification and Industrial plants
• Participate in (FEED) Front End Engineering Design teams to develop philosophies, standards, design and specifications
• Thorough knowledge in calculating the piping stresses caused by sustained and occasional loads; utilize engineering specifications and standards to avoid the stresses and (SCC) Stress Corrosion Cracking
• Extensive experience in Rotating Equipment let me to establish and maintain Preventive Maintenance Plans by utilizing the CMMS software, as well as coordinate and contribute to the root cause analysis process for Rotating Equipment
• Participate in technical bid analyses, reviewing mechanical design drawings submit by contractors, specifying materials and equipment to be used and supervising the execution of work to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
• Support lead to reviews contractual technical documentation, technical negotiation with vendors and controls of subcontracted discipline engineering documents

Plasco Energy Group (Canadian Waste Conversion and Energy Generation Company, utilize Plasma Gasification)

• Designed and implemented a (NPS 3) through (NPS 12) hot air pipe line and (NPS 10) hot gases pipe line made of stainless steel ASTM A 358 Grad TP304; I applied the design principles and strategy to determined design analyses, specifications, drawings and bases of design ; utilized a suitable Fittings, Supports, Valves, Expansion Loops and Joints to connect Recovery Carbon Vessel with Recuperator and Conversion Chamber
• Supported the development of maintenance procedures and a plan for the major repairs of gas turbines, vertical and horizontal centrifugal pumps, reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, plus other rotating equipment in plant
• Designed, selected and installed the Rotary Screw Gas Compressor “300 psig discharged pressure”, Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Shell Heat Exchanger and Medium Duty Rotating Equipment to new commercial plant
• Participated in design of ANSI class 150 polypropylene piping unite, have been used for waste water treatment station; consisted flow equalization tank, bag filtration system tower, primary and polishing granular activated carbon adsorbents, air stripping tower, and oxidation reactor system ; plus fittings, supports, anchors and telescopic expansion device

• Designed and implemented the Gas and Natural Gas Liquids piping in a relatively centralizing process plant; determined ASME standard IX, VIII, B16.5, B16.1, B31.1, B31.3, AWS D1.6 and API 600 to calculate stresses, deflections, fluid velocity and flow rate, and select the piping sizes and material, Flanges, Fittings, Supports, Valves and Accessories
• Supervised the dilatation of Liquefaction Plant included the Piping, Tanks, Coolers, Heat Exchangers, Valves, Pumps, Screw and Reciprocating Gas Compressors, Power Generators, Water Pumps & Steel Structures; I applied engineering codes and standards to minimize the Flanges and Pipes Stresses.
• Installed the water removal unit to dehydrating the natural gas, which usually involves one of two processes : either absorption or adsorption
• Redesigned and developed the Boiler Fuel Oil supply system utilized in NGL’s Fractionation Process Unit; It consisted three phase Electrical Oil Heater with temperature and pressure Gauges, Boiler Nozzles, Valves, Filters and feedback control system ; I considered the hydrogen embrittlement and high-PH caused the Stress Corrosion Cracking
• Managed and monitored the maintenance and operation group inside Natural Gas Plant; my responsibilities were to operate, repair and maintain all Rotating, Static and Heavy Equipment utilized CMMS software and HSE regulations
• Supervised the installation and erection of Steam Boiler, Steam Turbine, Water Pumps, Condenser and Piping system; From conceptual design to a fully integrated operations, selected suitable Fittings, Flanges, Insulation, Supports and Steam Traps to avoid the impact steam hummer, Stresses and Vibration
• Carried out the major overhaul and preventive maintenance for six diesel generator sets, eight air compressors & pumps
