Consultation involved observations on implementing of Petrochemical Industries Company, DOW FLUOR Safety Principles, training of employees on procedures and adopting of control methods on construction activities, drawing up of reports on observations, reviewing and approving of Method Statements, JSAs, conducting meetings with contractors at regular intervals for highlighting concerns and passing resolutions on methods of rectifications .Reporting directly to the higher management of FLUOR on matters requiring urgent redressal.
