Combat Support Associates (CSA) is a joint venture of companies formed to compete for the Combat Support Service Contract – Kuwait (CSSC-K). Under the auspices of CSA, Ltd. and its principal subcontractor, provide logistical support, training and force protection to the US Army troops and Allied Forces at Camps Arifjan, Buehring, Victory, Virginia, Ali Al Salem and Navistar, located throughout the Kuwait.
Duties & Responsibilities
 Responsible to Provides administrative support to staff, supervisors and Manager. Managing general office procedures, dealing with customers and high volume workloads whilst meeting strict deadlines. Prepares suspense document and maintain suspense file ensure files are handled in a timely manner. Consolidation of data to prepare reports for daily weekly, monthly and yearly.
 Responsible to prepare Installation Access Badge papers and Common Access Card (CAC) for the employees. Responsible to monitor the expiry date of Visa, installation badges, contracts, performance evolutions due date and others documents.
 Responsible to verify timesheet accuracy: prepares vacation schedules and vacation timesheets. Maintains employees’ rosters for the section, verifies attendance, overtime hours worked and pay discrepancy.
 Assists in the translation and understanding of SOPs to the employees. Monitors the shelf life items, hazardous materials and ensuring FIFO stock rotation policy is enforced.
 Answer telephone inquiry, greets visitors to Branch / Supervisor office, ascertains nature of visit and divert visitors to appropriate individuals.
 Prepares and maintains functional file sustains in accordance with ARIMS system. Responsible to maintains Container Management in III-P POL. Yard & Cylinder Yard inward, outward, Storage, and inventory more than 350 Containers, and reports to Container Management on all inventory discrepancies.
 Performs as Document Records & Retention Custodian for the section and maintains forms and documents. Assists conducting the General Audit Inspections and safety inspection in III-P section and also assists to close Corrective Action Requests by invigorating the Self Audit programs and giving training to the employees to avoid ICARs from Internal Auditors on Safety, documentation control, key control and other organizational process.
 Responsible to orders, receive, stores and issues supplies and equipment to support the daily operations as required. Assists in maintaining accountability of government furnished property and company leased property. Maintains 100% accountability of all GFE property sub-hand receipts in organization.
 Assists in day-to-day operations of the Hazardous Materials Yard, Hazardous handling Storage, Receiving, Shipping and DRMO Section. Assists in providing technical support to the customer and works on special projects as assigned.
 Assists in environmental compliance inspections, audits, assessments whenever inspected. Assist in the use of appropriate sampling and monitoring procedures and guidelines as required. Assists and supports general POL, hazmat cleanup and spill operations. Assist customers with items/material researches.
 Assists to develop implements and evaluates safety programs and procedures to assure personnel and facility safety. Provide assistance to the peers, professional safety consultation and technical assistance regarding OSHA, Military, and company safety directives to U.S. Army.
 Conduct facilities safety inspections at multiple work sites. Prepare concise written reports of findings and corrective actions. Develop safety briefings, and conduct safety training and hazard assessments as required. Provide direction and training to less experienced staff.
 Co-coordinating all information related to MIS report and ongoing project especially on sensitive affair.
 Assists instructor in conducting safety training by preparing sign- in rooster stetted in up classroom and acting as demonstration certain tasks. Identified training needs, monitored and advised on appropriate training programmers.

Duties & Responsibilities
 Operates the Standard Army Retail Supply System (SARSS) computer, and Intergraded Logistics Analysis Program (ILAP). Performs FEDLOG to identify and help classify army materials and Availability Balance Checks (ABC) on all receipts prior to processing in SARSS.
 Initiated new shelf life program and implemented it into III-P daily operations. Responsible to update Cylinder reports, Shelf-Life reports and new item entry reports, updates Hazmat reports, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all Hazards item handle in III- P yard. Provides research data for Inventory Adjustment Reports completion.
 Process Material Release Denials (MRD) and customer turn-ins as required. Performs causative research on Inventory Discrepancies and re-prints Material Release Orders (MRO) as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor. Interfaces with shipping, issues, receiving, and storage sections on historical documentation or problems which require additional research.
 Interacts with customers to provide assistance with requisitions, reconciliations, current status and NSL listings. Performs hands-on physical inventories as part of causative research on inventory discrepancies
 Prepares Inventory Spot Checks for the Storage section and performs after action research on all inventory discrepancies. Performs weekly physical inventories of all Hazardous Shelf-Life Items, updates Shelf-Life Items Report and provides report to the manager on weekly basis. Post inventory counts to SARSS from Count Control Documents (CCD) as required.
 Receives Stores and issue of all packed petroleum and compressed gas cylinders to include numerous types of hazardous materials. Responsible for Cylinder Projects by maintains Cylinder Reports, Cylinder Records, and Segregation of cylinders, accountability, monitor pool cylinder, excess empty cylinder with adequate physical stock for refilling of Cylinders. Monitors the processing in SARSS of empty or full cylinder under CC “A” of CC “J”. Coordinating with KOAC for pick-up of empty cylinders for refilling or other services required i.e. painting, hydro testing purging and de-threading of cylinders.
 Assists and acted ECO (Environment Compliance Officer) and Safety representative for III-P sporadically, complies with all Environmental and OSHA safety guidelines. Assists in environmental compliance inspections, audits & amp; assessments when required. Prepares Work Orders as needed and follows up on open work orders and Supports environmental, Safety and Fire prevention activities as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities
 Receives, stores, and issues hazardous materials for assigned department and assists in ensuring that all hazardous materials are separated according to the material hazard class. Oversees the performance of inventories and location surveys as required.
 While handling hazardous materials/wastes, ensures that all hazardous materials/wastes are separated based on their Hazard Class. Labels containers following IMDG/UN/USDOT regulations and segregates shipping containers according to storage compatibility. Locate Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) upon request. Conduct daily inspections of hazardous materials/wastes storage areas. Perform housekeeping duties as required to maintain a safe work environment.
 Ensures that each MRO has a material safety data sheet (MSDS) attached to issues items per MRO and or/ High priority walk-thru request to the U.S. Army, in support of combat operations. Packages and Ships Hazardous material to customers and Hazardous Waste section for disposal. Handles all hazardous material received, stored, and issued at the GSD/III-P Yard.
 Leads or assists subordinate employees assigned to same section. Reports any hazardous spills and take appropriate actions to clean-up said spills. Assists in packaging waste streams in UN approved containers for shipping; weighs, marks, and labels all containers.
 Assists less experienced co-workers with receipt, storage, and issue of all hazardous material. Performs inventories and location surveys as required. Analyzing and identifying the locations in Storage section i.e. Flammable, Shelf life or Regular Hazards item in III-P yard. Accomplish time bound special project assigned to III-P.
 Monitors the changes of condition codes in the SARSS system. Maintaining Location, making new location for new item, storing the items by Bin tickets & abolishing old location having 0 Balance.
 Complies with the Care of Supplies in Storage Program to prevent or minimize damage/deterioration of stocks. Monitors the daily inspection of storage areas for leaking containers.
 Coaches lesser experienced co-workers with the performance of before/during/after preventive maintenance checks and cervices (PMCS) for equipment assigned. Observes the daily operations of material handing equipment (MHE) assigned to the section. Maintains PMCS records for Retrograde MHE & NTV vehicles. Operates Material Handling Equipment (MHE) assigned to the section.
