Familiar in Fabrication, Maintenance & Construction in the Oil & Gas Pipeline/Plants, Hydro-Power Plant erection, Structural Works, Heavy Fabricated Columns, Penstock Pipes, Gate Works, Storage Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Wind Mill Lattice Tower Fabrication and erection etc., Inspection and NDE testing with latest Inspection Equipments.

 NDT Inspection of RT, MT, PT & UT. Review of NDT Reports.
 After welding NDT activities carried out and Check the soundness of the weld.
 Visual Inspection and Dimensional Inspection.
 Monitoring and presentation of welding consumables.
 Preparation third party Inspection Request and Report.
 Liaison with Third Party Shipping Surveyors.
 Welding Inspection of CS, LTCS, LAS & SS (316 & 254) etc.,
 Review/Witness WPS, PQR test, Welder qualification, Welder training, Welding Inspection, PMI Checking, Destructive testing and Review of PWHT Chart, Hardness reports and Consumables Certificates.
 Pipeline & Plant Inspection of all activities such as Welding, Painting, Coating, Fabrication and Erection of Piping, Equipments, Structures etc.,
 Valve Testing for body/seat test as per given standard.
 Familiar with Painting Inspection of high & low temperature paint system piping/tanks/structures/vessels for aboveground and underground installation.
 Familiar with International codes & Standards such as ASME, AWS and Project/Client Specification.

Technical Qualification: Diploma Computer Applications.

Professional Qualification:

ASNT-SNT-TC-1A Certified Level II in Ultrasonic Testing.
ASNT-SNT-TC-1A Certified Level II in Radiographic Testing.
ASNT-SNT-TC-1A Certified Level II in Penetrant Testing.
ASNT-SNT-TC-1A Certified Level II in Magnetic Testing.

AWS Certified Welding Inspector. (CWI)
Certificate Expiry Date: 01-12-2012.
