I am hoping to obtain employment on or offshore in the role of Roustabout, Floor hand, Plumber/gas fitter or similar entry level positions. I am confident that my enthusiasm, training/skills and relevant qualifications in the plumbing-heating and building trades some 20 years, will prove invaluable to your company.
I am happy to consider any post in order to gain entry level into this industry; retraining if necessary, with the intention of advancing as appropriate.
I am flexible in my attitude and would enjoy a position which challenges me both physically and/or mentally. I have a logical hands on approach to problem solving, often thinking ‘outside of the box’ and ‘seeing’ a solution.
During my working life I have been both self employed and employed, which has resulted in my being able to self motivate and work as part of a team.

2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]
PLUMBING AND HEATING ENGINEER
Responsibilities: Sole proprietor of business employing casual labour as and when needed. Carrying out all aspects of domestic plumbing and heating systems. Installation and service of relevant boilers, working with both lpg and Nat gas. Installer of Calor gas bulk vessels, carrying out both above and below ground pipe work. Design and installation of alternative energy systems (domestic) including ground source heat pumps, solar, hydra and wind turbine. All aspects of sewage including septic and biodegradable tanks above and below ground.
BOURNE LEISURE UK
Main contractor responsible for the day to day running, servicing and maintaining of all aspects of plumbing, heating and appliances within holiday village and caravan park (over 1,200 units). Installation of new equipment, testing and certificating as appropriate. Offering 24 hour call out. Undertaking laying of new sewage system - from design through installation and completion; with subsequent monitoring and maintenance of sewage plant for whole site. Pump house equipment for said site also maintained and monitored. Carrying out end of season closure procedures - draining down, making safe etc. and subsequent opening of site. The following year. During ’shut down’ testing, servicing and refurbishment works carried out.
SPRINGFIELD LEISURE UK
Works carried out as above on smaller site - some 300 units.
PROPERTY DEVELOPER
Over seeing the complete renovation of properties, from purchase to re sale. Coordinating relevant trades to carry out work on usually gutted properties, carrying out general building work.

Responsibilities: Planning out, levelling, trenching and constructing equestrian enclosures…in all weather. Operating heavy plant.
