A.SPM Maintenance:
-Maintenance of SPM/ BASHAYER 2 Marine Terminal Port Sudan Above and Underwater.
-Inspection of Floating Hoses, Mooring Hawsers Maintenance, including pick-up ropes and floats.
-Greasing of main, swivel bearings, and UNI-JOINT.
- Closing/ Opening of 801,802,803, PLEM Valves also maintaining hydraulic press unit or HPU.
-Opening/closing of hose valves #1 and #2 before and after tanker loading operation.
-Opening/closing of chain valves during line flushing after tanker loading operations.
-Lining of SPM for tanker operations, circulation of cargo and line flushing during before and after loading operation.
-Maintenance of solar panel, camera including wash and wipe system, racon and foghorn and batteries.
-Maintain SPM cleanliness inside/outside deck house.
-In charge of pumping cargo oil from surge Tank no.1 and no.2 back to line.
-Maintain water tight doors and hinges.
-Assist PDOC technicians in removal/installation of Surge Relief Valves.
-In charge of opening/closing manholes and ensure safety of enclose space entry.
B. Underwater Maintenance:
- Inspection of under buoy subsea hoses down to buoyancy tank using U/W video.
- Set up all dive equipments before diving operation such as DDC, helmets, set dive panel, underwater video.
- Monitor corrosion potentials readings on SPM anodes.
- Take ultrasonic thickness testing on chains.
- General under buoy inspection.
- Set up diver launch and recovery system.
-Maintenance of (LARS) diver Launch and Recovery System.
- Underwater survey on PDOC Jetty and Install Channel markers for Line Boat SHIHAN.
- Assist dive supervisor running dive.
- Calibration of dive panel gauges and DDC Panel.
-Maintenance of electric diesel HPC, AIR QUADS, GAS QUADS, DDC.
-Ensure divers, equipments readiness before diving.
- Inventory of all dive equipments.
C. Tanker Loading Operation
-In charge of team on board zodiac to prepare mooring hawsers for mooring.
- Conducting SPM pre-berthing inspection.
-In charge of cargo hoses no.1 and no.2 connection to tankers manifold.
-Monitor SPM for flushing/loading and circulation.
-Assist in securing/releasing of tugs towing wire onto tankers AFT.
-In charge of all tools used for connection /disconnection of cargo hoses inside tanker tool basket.
2. Diver, Yemen Project -November 1999 to May 2006

-Maintenance of FSO Safer, PLEM 1, PLEM 2 (SBM), Cargo Hose handling for tanker operation, pipeline, barge Barash, maintenance of dive equipments.
-Maintenance of FSO Safer: replace/install cathodic protection, cleaning/blanking seachests, locate/clean drain plugs.
-Maintenance of PLEM1: take thickness measurements of anchor chains, clean/photo valves, clean buoyancy tanks and its components, clean sub sea hoses, and monitor V1-V2 actuator valves.
-Maintenance of SBM (PLEM 2): removal/install subsea hoses, remove/install valves, pressure tests of subsea, install sacrificial anodes, take thickness measurements of anchor chains, take configuration of subsea hoses, and clean/scrape marine growth.
-Maintenance of barge Barash: take cathodic potential reading, welding deck plates, railings, patch holes, clean/ scrape marine growth, install fenders, grease valves, remove/install anchor wires.

-Pipeline inspection: check/inspect field joints, photo located suspended areas, install grout bags on suspended areas.
