EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

Since Feb’2007 I am working with SABIC group’s YANBU National Petrochemical Company , K.S.A. which is one of the largest petrochemical in middle east . I have been working in Q.A. Laboratory as a Sr Lab-Technician . Looking after testing and development of Ethylene in-process and product, Butene-1, BBTX, Catalyst , Polymer In-process and finished product as per ASTM,UOP,SABIC . I also looking after QM Module and LIMS as Power user .SAP and LIMS now on live . All plants are commissioned by Dec.2009 .

PAST EXPERIENCE:
Before joining with SABIC group I served with Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd. in olefin/water laboratory in Haldia, India. It is one of the largest petrochemicals Plant in India with Naphtha Cracker,1-3 Butadiene,Benzene,C6 Raffinates,Polypropylene,PolyEthylene from Naphtha feed stock. I was there in QA/QC Lab from the year 1998 to 2007. I worked since the commissioning of the plant. I developed and standardised the analytical methods as per the ASTM,UOP testing methods. .Besides to analytical work I trained the junior staff , the analytical methods. Here I was responsible for any kind of troubleshooting concerned with the sophisticated instruments like GC, HPLC instruments, ICP Spectroscopy. Our laboratory has bagged ISO 9001/14001 Certification.

Before joining with Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd. I worked PIONEER POLYFEB LTD and JAYSHREE POLYTEX LTD. in Delhi and Jaipur . Both are large complex designed to make Polymer finished product from different thermoset aand thermoplastics for various applications . I worked since the commissioning stage, developed & set methods for Raw materials,In-Process & Finished Products as per Scientific Design Testing methods. Trained laboratory staff. Here I was also totally responsible for troubleshooting & maintenance of laboratory instruments.

INSTRUMENTS HANDLED : Gas Chromatographs of Agilent-7890A Series,Agilent RGA-AC Analytical Solution,TOC Analyser –Teledyne Tekmar Appolo 9000 , Total Sulphur /N2 analyse –make:Mitsubishi Chemical,Auto Distillation- optidist,PAC, Perkin Elmer UV-vis,Waters HPLC, Ion Chromotogram-Dionex series 3000DC, ICP Spectroscopy, FTIR-Nicholet, AAS-GBC Avatar, NMR, DSC-Mettler, TGA-Mettler, XRF and XRD -Bruker
FURANCE: TOC Analyser, micro coulometer Euroglas-TN-3000 for Analysis of Chloride & Sulphur in various petroleum products. Euroglas-TN-3000 total Nitrogen Analyser, LECO-SC-144 DR-CARBON & Sulphur Analyser.

SPECTROPHOTOMETERS: Perkin Elmer Lambda 25

ANALYTICAL EXPERIENCE :
Various Tests of Ethylene Glycol Streams/BBTX/ and Petrochemical gas by ASTM/ SHELL and UOP Methods. Preparation of various Primary and Secondary standards. Calibration of GC and HPLC

Naphtha Analysis : Density-meter, Auto Distillation , AAS , Saybolt colorimeter, GC Agilaant-Varian & PerkinElmer,XRF & FTIR ,GC for TAME and MTBE, Mercury Analyzer.
Gas Process Analysis:GC with TCD, FID, FPD, and ECD detector.
Water Treatment and Waste Water:pH &Conductivity-meter, COD and BOD-apparatus, Turbidity-meter, FTIR, IC
Oil (including Gasoline oil) Analysis:Viscosimeter, Flash Point Meter, Hygrometer, KF-Coulometric and Volumetric moisture meter, Bromine Number, TN-analyzer, RVP, Existent Gum.

LIMS & SAP(Laboratory Information & Management System) :
