2009 – Site Support / helpdesk engineer
Supporting approx 200 members of staff at a local food wholesaler in Inverurie. Mainly Server upgrades and desktop support along with creation of an I.T. Management Information System.

2009 - Deployment Engineer – Team Lead
Role 1 - Rollout of 500 units to local University.
Role 2 - Project mobilization of worldwide domain migration and Server Rollout around 25 worldwide sites.

2008 - ICT Support Engineer
Full multi site and Vessel support engineer for desktop and Server systems. Core task is to maintain core server’s availability by carrying out daily checks and repairs on server systems throughout the company network. Update systems with latest security patches as released from software vendors. Maintain system documentation for all IT systems.
