I have 10 years of practical experience in the field of Human Resources with exposures in many industries. Started with “P&G” Consumer Goods Industry - in 2000; followed by mobile Services with “mobinil” in 2002. In 2006 shifted to automotive assembling, trading & after sales service with “BAG”. In 2008 Joined the Cables Industries with ELsewedy Cables Group. Lately in 2010 shifted to the Management consultancy industry.

 Ensured the balance between cost control and attracting and retaining staff through developing a competitive compensation policy & benefits scheme.
 Developing a PDP guidelines & forms in accordance to the company strategy and competency framework.

 Administering & executing the company corporate mobile policy (business & personal) and provide the payroll department with a monthly report of the employees limits.

 Taking part in drafting the medical, life insurance & retirement plan manual and contracts.
 Receive, co-ordinate and administrate all requests from employees as monthly medications , claims, approvals, enrollment & termination medical insurance forms, etc.
