Supply Chain Management Supervisor “Import & Export Logistics”.

Managing all supply chain management activities / team in both Alexandria and Cairo. Reporting directly to country manager and global client managers.

1) Ensure clients under responsibility at both origin “shippers” and destinations “consignees” receive necessary services as defined in their global SOP’s ,which by return developed locally by writer in a manner where both parties will attain a profitable relationship from concept to consumption.
2) Handling both import “accessories, fabrics” and export “ready made garments” as per deadlines defined by consignees and nominated agents worldwide.
3) Coordinating with local vendors and follow up on the production status “also with inspection companies” to replace bookings with all carriers / air lines per order and set plans to the entire SCM team to ensure that cargo to individual clients will be shipped and arrived to stores at destination as planned.
4) Negotiate & Issue service contracts with local carriers/air lines.
5) Selling value added services “inland haulage, clearance and warehousing” to local vendors to further control shipments.
6) Managing and controlling payment process with both vendors “origin” and clients “destinations”.
7) Issue credit agreements whenever needed “locally / globally”.
8) Assisting SCM team “per client” in progressing developed action plans by completing designated tasks as targeted.
