Responsibilities:
1. Costing & Cost control
Develops and maintains a cost/schedule control system to provide, the Commercial Manager, with the decision making tools for project / Cost control.
Develops and maintains a cost estimating capability to develop
estimates, prepare change notice estimates, and review prepared estimates. Interfacing with the Project Manager, Planning Engineer, Contracts & Commercial Manager and Construction Manager for accurate and current cost reporting.
Managing Bill of quantity, Cost on a wide variety of the project.
Preparation of cost report updates and report generation for review by Commercial Manager.
Maintaining rate data base for various Bill of Quantities items.
2. Payments Certifications
Manage the process of subcontractor payments including
Verify & Certify payments.
Ensure timely certification and other administrative procedures.
3. Others
Preparing bill of quantity.
Carrying out all re-measurements works necessary to ensure completion of all constructions works in accordance to original bill of quantities for projects.
Assisting in the negotiation of subcontractors prices, change orders and claims.
Developing and implementing of assets management.
Handling controlling in the release of materials at site.
Developing and maintaining Vendor Data Base.
Perform all duties (related to the nature of the job) assigned by the Project Commercial Manager.
