OFF SHORE EXPERIENCE:
Two YEARS of experience in OIL & GAS FIELD
*. M/s S.S CONSTRUCTIONS
Worked as Electrical Technician in O.N.G.C. Mumbai High Offshore (North & South) Oil & Gas Field from Nov 2008 to Mar 2010.
I have acquired experience of both, the Field Maintenance in Electrical as well as in Turbine Generator Hall and Turbine Generator Control Room.
I am conversant with various Safety Procedures Precautions taken while performing day-to-day Electrical activities including different Permit Procedures.
I am familiar with various maintenance activities such as Preventive, Predictive & Break Down Maintenance Activities, carrying out Routine Inspection of Various Equipments as per schedule, Different Overhaul & Shutdown jobs, Verifying vibration data and temperature of Electrical Equipment Windings, Verifying Parameters of Turbine and Generators.
I have worked on numerous Rotating and Static Equipments in organizations.
A brief description of such equipments is given below.
My duty includes Calibrating the Readings of Electrical Equipments and verifying such as Amperes, Kilowatt, PowerFactor, Temperature, Differeintial Pressure, Vibration, Kilowatthour readings, Running Hours and Rectifying if there is any disorder happens. My job includes observance of Safety rules and safe working practices.
TURBINE AND GENERATOR:
I used to verify and maintain the Turbain Inlet Air Filter Pressure, Turbain Enclosure Temperature and Enclosure Pressure, Generator Inlet Air Filter Pressure and Generator Enclosure Temperature, RunningHours of Turbain Generator, Generating Power in KW, KVAR, and KVA accornding to the load, PowerFactor, Fuel Usage in MMSCRD and Rectify varience occurs. 6.6MW,6.6KV
TURBAIN GENERATOR CONTROL ROOM:
I have worked in SCADA and PLC in TurbainGenerator Control Room and checks the Data as sends by the sensor.
ELECTRICAL MAINTAINENCE:
Giving Single Phase and 3 phase supplys to the 125W HPML Lightings and Emergency 165W Lights in Plateform.Three Power Supply to Induction Motors which is used in field using receptacles. Power Supply to welding equipment when works are in progress.
SWITCH GEARS:
I worked under the switchgears such as CircuitBreaker and Relays. All the Electrical Equipments is protected by the CircuitBrakers and I in the maintainence of the Circuitbraker when it trips the circuit and also maintenence in various types of Relays.
PRODUCTION OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY IN THE PLATFORM:
I worked in the Electrical Energy generating side, where the Electrical Energy is Generated by the TurbineGenerator. I have the keen knowledge about the generation of Electrical Energy in platform.
HVAC:
I worked in HVAC Department, mainteinence and checking the 29A/415V Induction Motor , Blowers and Chiller Handling Unit.Provideing Air Supply to entire Platform.
