 Job Title: Field Drilling Materials Coordinator
 Company: BP
 Rig: Pride North America

Responsibilities:
 Ensuring the proper cost input for all services and equipment costs including tangibles such as bit and casing costs into DIMS.
 Managing materials and tools procurement to location.
 Track rental equipment inventory and costs.
 Track service co personnel and equipment costs.
 Tracking and expediting of all materials or services, that are called off from suppliers or service companies as deemed required.
 Assist in scheduling of personnel and equipment to and from the offshore location.
 Manage procurement of bulk materials (Barite, Fuel, Water…etc.) for location as needed.
 Communicating with marine dock for vessel scheduling and load outs.
 Communicating with the heliport for scheduling and passenger manifesting. And keeping the POB records.
 Liaise with Contractors and 3rd parties on all personnel and equipment logistics to and from the offshore location.
 Discussing and review the rental inventory and cost with WSL.
 Maintain communications with the shore base during drills and emergencies.

 Job Title: Drilling Material Coordinator/ Inventory Control Supervisor

 Site: AQ Logistics Shore Base
Description of Works:
The logistics supply base provides support to 3 rigs drilling offshore the Mediterranean, operating 5 supply boats (2 AHT & 3 PSV), managing 2 b-412 Helicopters & Pax movement, daily operation of mud / cement plants, and daily operations to handle the waste (Well & domestic). The base is also responsible for managing all trucking, cranes & forklift operations, materials management, and managing Freight Forwarding and Custom Clearance, directly for BP and to support service companies.

Responsibilities:
 Oversee and manage day-to-day activities of materials movements to and from the offshore drilling rig, and in and out of the shore base.
 Assisting the Drilling Representatives in the preparation of load-out lists for each hole sections.
 Co-ordinate & liaise with vendors/ supplier to get the materials to be delivered to the logistic base on time as per schedule.
 Coordinating with rig DMC and marine department for the smooth and safe shipping of the materials.
 Schedule and publish vessel load out lists in accordance with rig requirements and as per the five days look ahead.
 Movement of drilling materials, to and from offshore locations within requested timeframe and deadline.
 Prepare and submit cargo manifests ensuring correct documentation is attached for all lifting equipment, MSDS and any IMO dangerous goods declarations.
 Create shipping documents for offshore cargo and onshore cargo (load lists, cargo manifests)
 Responsible for the administration of all inventory items held in stock or on consignment.
 Maintaining the register of all rental equipment and tools mobilized for the project.

 Ensuring the use of a register of all Materials Safety Data sheets for all hazardous products handled on the base.
 Co-ordinate with QA/QC for the inspection of new materials. Makeup of assemblies.
 Reviewing purchase order receiving documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills. Contacts vendors to resolve any discrepancies.
 Ensuring that all materials shall be controlled, handled and transported in a cost effective and safe manner which is conducive to, and in accordance with, BP Egypt’s policies and regulations and best practices. The record of stocks and materials movement is to be accurately completed at all times.
 Developing and maintain adequate Inventory Control methodology and processes to maintain accurate current inventory records and a control system that includes, and is not limited to, Receipts, Issues, Return, Transfers of materials, or can support requests for Adjustment or Disposals.
 Ensuring that Materials shall be received, inspected, handled and stored in such a manner which shall ensure that their quality and value are preserved in accordance with the original specification, to meet operational requirements
 Performs complete or partial inventories as required to validate inventory records.
 Develop, implement and maintain necessary forms for control and traceability of materials and equipment as required for the operations.
 Schedule and perform accurate physical counts for reconciliation against the inventory system.
 Responsible for full stock control and availability of stocked items.
 Supervise and maintain material and equipment identification and marking control system for the warehouse.
 Determine and maintain appropriate stock levels.
 Assure proper storage and handling of Company assets.
 Ensure proper storage systems of all items received.
 Organize yard and warehouse lay down areas for optimal and safe storage of project and surplus materials.
 Preparing reports for non-conformance materials.

 Carrying out all the routine scheduled & unscheduled maintenance and repair of the facility related equipment & specialty systems as: (Fire Alarm - Elevator - HVAC - UPS – Frequency Converters- Program logic Controller- AFFF Fire Protection- Vapor Detection- POL Controls & Fire Alarm...etc).

Responsibilities:

 Handling the procurement tasks & documents for the required spare parts.
 Receiving the incoming goods. this includes the following tasks:
1-checking the attached documents
2- Verifications of items as per purchase orders
 Data entry of the store issues. ( with preparing all the necessary tasks ) using computerized maintenance management software (Proteus iv)
 Handling the daily store issues.

Description of Works:
The project is EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) marine facilities constructed to provide access, berthing, mooring and handling of LNG carriers ranging in size from 70.000 to 140.000 m3, membrane and spherical type.
The project consists of Main Breakwater 800 m length, Temporary Construction Dock and Marine Jetty 2.400 m length of steel structure rested on 52" diameter steel pipe plies and
pre-cast concrete elements with all necessary equipment and technical furniture for the jetty and all accompanied platforms and dolphins such as Loading arms, Fenders, Bollards, Quick Release Hooks and Marine Environmental Monitoring System (MEMS).
The project includes dredging of approximately 1.650.000 m3 performing 4.000 km lengths Access Channel and Turing Basin provided with Navigational Aids.

Responsibilities:

 Handling the daily store issues.
 Carry out initial checks on received materials for verifications of items as per purchase order.
 Materials receiving (pipes, steel re- bars, steel plates, fenders, navigation system, quarry materials, marine paints, heavy equip. spare parts, consumables).
