Reporting to SEA Area Logistics Manager

Indonesia Logistics Manager is responsible for ensuring that NCR Global Service Logistics maintain adequate stocking levels of spare parts to support our customer base.
Must ensure that 100% inventory integrity is maintained at all times and ensuring that financial plans/outlooks are met each month, quarter and annually. Close liaison with other SEA to ensure that NCR is leveraging surplus parts assets amongst countries, thus reducing costs of new part purchases from outside NCR.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day logistics activities and ensuring that system inventory accuracy is maintained at all times. Ensuring that all staff is adhering to global processes and standards, with quarterly & annual performance reviews completed.
Responsibility for driving & improving operational metrics and SLA’s to ensure that NCR WCS is delivering best in class service to customers throughout Indonesia. Working closely with logistics & rework teams to develop new & improved ways of reducing costs & improving service delivery.
Indonesia Logistics Manager will have full responsibility for the Indonesia rework centre located in Jakarta and will ensure that part repairs are conducted to the highest quality & efficiency. The rework team-Leader will report to the Indonesia Logistics Manager.
Work hand-in-hand with the various other business units (BU’s) to ensure that close synergy, communication and strong working relationships are maintained across the board. This role plays a major role in ensuring NCR Customer Engineers (CE’s) have sufficient spare parts to maintain customer service level agreements (SLA’s.)
Indonesia Logistics Manager must be in tune with the sale funnel, therefore must attend regular bid reviews & opportunity reviews with the sales team. It is vital that logistics are fully aware of sales opportunities in the pipeline that require parts deployment in Indonesia, so that adequate and proactive planning can take place.
Attendance at weekly operations meetings and any meetings with customer engineers in mandatory. Logistics must take a proactive approach to issues in the field and also understand any equipment upgrades or new product deployment so that spares inventory can be procured to support.
Indonesia Logistics Manager must drive NCR regionalisation projects and ensuring projects are completed on time & to budget. Work with Area Logistics Manager to drive outsourcing strategies for Indonesia & help develop strategy to concentrate on core business activity.
This position must also attend weekly inventory management meetings with planning team based in Sydney. These meetings are to ensure that Indonesia logistics is adequately stocked, and also to ensure that we are best leveraging & maximising existing stock levels. Focus is also given to expediting purchase orders, reducing stock on-hand in the field and managing back orders.

Major Responsibilities Included:
 Managing over 50 head count for Logistics Jakarta and Central warehouse to support 8000 ATM machine spread out the country.
 Managing repair centre and part repair quality inbound to central warehouse.
 Maintaining P&L across all expenses to meet annual finance outlook.
