1. Summary (Cover Letter) - CV/Resume Part 1 [Mandatory]

5 years Overseas and 4 years in India experience in field of Electrical Construction and Service Industry, Substantial experience in accounting and planning activities, reporting to top management, preparing project monthly & weekly progress report forecasting monthly cash flow, Invoicing against shipping document, RCDR and monthly progress, controls local purchase, internal auditing, inventory and payment of Local vendors, business Co-ordination skills, Self-correspondence with various clients, departments and different bodies, familiar with work procedure of UAE (Abu Dhabi) local Authority ADWEA, ADDC, ADCO, TRANSC

2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]

1. Reviews and prepares contract documents such as but not limited to subcontract agreement, Letter of Intent, minutes of meeting and purchase order.
2. Reviews the requirements, terms and conditions and specification of main contract with client/suppliers and/or subcontractors.
3. Prepares correspondences to client, subcontractors, vendors and other firms or entities involved in the project.
4. Close coordination with suppliers/subcontractors for timely dispatch of equipment and materials.
5. Close coordination with Local Clearing and Transport Agent for clearing and delivery of equipment and materials to project warehouse/site.
6. Prepares summary of Invoice, Bill of Lading, Packing List and other pertinent documents required for L/C payment of foreign materials. Coordinate with HDEC overseas Branch offices and Head Office procurement division for timely dispatch of shipping documents and Marine Cargo Insurance Certificate for L/C negotiation.
7. Prepares report of damages covered by projects insurance and close coordination with nominated Loss Adjuster of Insurer for lodging, processing and payment of claims.
8. Follow up L/C payment from submission of L/C negotiation documents with actual payment by negotiating bank. Coordinates with L/C issuing bank in case of L/C discrepancies.
9. Keeps and maintains status of Bank Guarantees, bonds, insurance and Letter of Credit.
10. Control office documentation and management of correspondences.
11. Preparing Monthly & Weekly Progress Report (MS Project) & Site Activities.
12. Preparing Invoice against Shipping Document.
13. After material arrived on site preparing ITR & RCDR and against invoicing.
14. Preparing civil Progress certificate and invoicing against monthly civil progress.
15. Preparing electrical erection factor and invoicing against monthly electrical Progress.
16. Preparing payment status amounted to AED 1 billion USD.
17. Co-ordinate with client and fully responsibility in commercial issue.
18. Co-ordinate with local vendor and foreign supplier and follow up material shipment.
19. Preparing money monitoring chart based on electrical & civil material.
20. Monitoring all incoming and outgoing document with Records.
21. Interaction with sub-contractors and solving their miscellaneous problems.
