I am Senior Drilling Engineer and OIM (offshore installation manager) with 12 years of offshore oil and gas drilling/completion operations experience (total 16 in oil and gas industry), worked in Adriatic Sea (Croatia, Italy), Persian Gulf (Qatar), Sharjah UAE, GOM (USA) and Egypt. Present position: INA Company drilling superintendent, responsible for offshore drilling operations with jack up drilling rig, SIMOPS implementation, exploration well design and Marina joint venture company representative. Drilling programs and technical projects preparation by using Landmark Stress check, Compass and Well plan software. Managing the operations with Jack up and land drilling rigs, rig tendering, procurement, upgrade and adaptation to the technical requirement. Dealing with contractors, preparing AFE, well trajectories, casing design, procurement and technical support for operations. Worked in HPHT, H2S, over pressured, under pressured environment on drilling, completion and development of more than 50 vertical, deviated and horizontal oil and gas wells.

I possess very good knowledge of every aspect of exploration and appraisal drilling operations including cementing, drilling fluids, directional drilling, stuck pipe avoidance, bit/BHA and hydraulics optimization, conductor driving, Mudline suspension, Jack up drilling rig and land rigs management. Also I have experience of the following aspects;
• Onsite supervision of drilling and well engineering projects
• Rig management
• Planning, design, preparation and cost estimation of drilling projects
• A very good understanding of the drilling rigs and equipment; LWD, MWD, Gyros, Rotary etc.
• Very good communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to adhere to scheduled deadlines and in accordance with the programmed drilling operations and health and safety regulations
