I am multi-lingual and have a very wide cultural background since I have lived and worked in different countries all over world for more than18 years. This has given me the opportunity to develop excellent socials skills, which always has been the foundation for me to become a real team player.
I am happily married to my Spanish wife since 14 years, and we have no children. For me she has always been an enormous support to pursue my professional goals.

Worked as a Sous Chef and helped creating the new menu for the winter season.
2001-2009: Owner
Started the only Scandinavian dive academy in Gran Canaria (Spain) with contracts with the main Scandinavian tour operators (TUI Nordic, Fritidsresor, Thomas Cook Northern Europe, Ving). Dealt with all aspects of the company: marketing, legal, teaching, training, suppliers and working with the local Government body for the tourist industry.

Handled all aspects of beverage and food service during the regattas: the annual ARC regatta and the Mach Cup races.

Worked as Chef onboard a German-owned private motor yacht cruising the Mediterranean. Also assisted with deck duties.
