Liaise with international Branch Managers and staff to compile weekly Booking and Billing reports
Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Admin departments to prepare reports and status updates
Prepare these reports for regular meetings via Remote Desktop conference calls
Use NetMeeting to facilitate virtual meetings with international management
Discuss reports, status updates and targets
Consolidate Quarterly Revenue numbers
Forecast backlog and customer software upgrades by scheduling service contract expiry dates

Project manage the export process of hardware for repair in Singapore
Meet with all suppliers and couriers while project managing the order/delivery process
Place orders for those computer software and peripherals that are not in stock
Record process from order to delivery on in-house information management system, Olite
Capture all details relevant to the process on the Oracle database
Negotiate faster transit times for international orders
Facilitate clearing of shipments through Customs
Ensure local shipping orders are timeously delivered to respective clients
Monitor shipment tracking using Time Access System

Complete supplier information surveys and draft letters where information cannot be disclosed
Ship quarterly software upgrades
Order stationery and office supplies
Prepare credit card reports for bookkeeping purposes
Prepare expense Claim reports
Manage wage payments and petty cash flow
Inventory Management
Data Management: clean and migrate data from in-house system to standard company system
