 2 LNG Storage Tank.
 2 Refrigerant Storage Spheres (1600m3 each) for Ethane and Propane.
 Gas Metering Station (3 Run).
 2 LNG processing plants – each with a capacity of 3.6MTA.
 Acid removal unit, Dehydration unit, Liquefaction unit and Fractionation unit.
 Plate Heat exchanger
 PMR compressor – model; 88MB6-5 (by Elliott).
 MR compressor – model; AV71 (80)-16/ 60MB6I (by MAN TURBO Elliott).

Commissioning/ Shift Supervisor Process for MLNG TIGA LNG project.

 Participate in Hazop and IPF study preparation during engineering stage.
 New LNG plant Model review.
 Foxboro DCS Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) review.
 Prepare commissioning safety briefing, commissioning procedures, commissioning awareness program and commissioning checklist for field commissioning operators.
 Develop Ready For Commissioning (RFC) mechanical punch and Ready For Start Up (RFSU) punch checking criteria.
 Develop Operation Electronic shift handover activities and integrity log.
 Develop equipments stenciling standard guideline and train the selected operators to carryout the task.
 Co-ordinate and prepare Ready For Commissioning mechanical punch and Ready For Start Up punch training for all commissioning operators.
 Worked approximately 300 hr per month during commissioning peak period.
