4. Prepare Guide for operators on PTW isolation methodology and importance

Acid removal unit, Dehydration unit, Liquefaction unit and Fractionation unit.

Participate in Hazop and IPF study preparation during engineering stage.
New LNG plant Model review.
Foxboro DCS Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) review.
Prepare commissioning safety briefing, commissioning procedures, commissioning awareness program and commissioning checklist for field commissioning operators.
Develop Ready For Commissioning (RFC) mechanical punch and Ready For Start Up (RFSU) punch checking criteria.
Develop Operation Electronic shift handover activities and integrity log.
Develop equipments stenciling standard guideline and train the selected operators to carryout the task.
