I’m in position Chief Officer on LPG vessels and I’m looking for a job at present time. I graduated from Liepaja Marine College at Liepaja city in 1999 and Latvian Marine Academy in Riga capital in 2004.

After graduation I’ve sailed three contracts in position as 3rd Officer, after that I was promoted to 2nd Officer’s position. In position as 2nd Officer I’ve been working for eight contracts. Since I became an Officer, I’ve been working on LPG vessels only, but different type, such as fully-refrigerated LPG – 10 contracts, ethylene carriers – 4 contracts, semi-pressurized LPG – 4 contracts, three of them was double and triple grade vessels.

Last four contracts I been working in Chief Officer’s position on fully-refrigerated LPG carriers. Also three contracts before on ethylene carriers. My total sea service on LPG is 18 contracts, 11 years, 30 month in Chief Officer’s position.

I have all necessary valid documents and certificates to sail in position of Chief Officer and comply with STCW, and addition major recommendations for training courses. I have very good appraisal reports from the last vessels including first part completed promotion program for master’s position in DML Co. My level of English knowledge permits me to work in the multi-national crew;

I had been working with Philippines, Indonesian, Indian, Greeks, German, Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, British, Scottish, Norwegian, Polish, Latvian, Russian and Georgian seafarers. In addition, I very well familiar with computer’s software and hardware.

I experienced on taken new build vessels four times, from DSME Okpo Shipyard S. Korean and Kawasaki Sakaide Japan. After delivery, successfully complete program of the Gas Trails.

Most of the vessels I was serviced without assistance of Gas Engineer or designated Engineer. I personally can operate cargo system, cargo compressors, cargo nitrogen system up to 5000m³, cargo pumps, air blowers as well as cargo heter/vaporizer. Very well familiar with cargo computerized systems, such as Koensberg and LGE Weir.

I really wish to pass a good familiarization courses and join LNG carrier for future expirience and work. I belive that the job on LNG carriers is more attractive.
