Vastly experienced & well versed with Camp Management, Accommodation & Facilities management, Catering & Administration, Health, Safety & Security with a consistent track record of success with effective planning and organizational skills.

I am a highly committed person having more than 20 years of progressive experience with different organizations with military background. I have worked in intense pressure and highly demanding circumstances with highly motivational and substantial output. . I am seeking a permanent appointment in an organization that will allow me to fully utilize my skills and wealth of experience. 2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]

Jan 2008 – Present: Working as Camp Administrator with AECO Development LLC, a Turkey based company (A Subsidiary of ENKA, www.enka.com) for Oman’s prestigious project ‘Al-Madina A’Zarqa’ The Blue City Project Phase–I, a $ 20 Billion mega project.

• Overall in charge of Accommodation, living conditions & Standards, Recreational Facilities of the camp designed for more than 7000 Engineers, Staffs & labours. Presently holds-in 3600 occupants.
• Responsible for allotment/vacation to all levels of employees’ accommodation and execution of accommodation policies & procedures. Responsible for accommodation inventory including movable and immovable fixtures, ensure proper handing over/taking over of inventories are done.
• Responsible for the proper maintenance/renovation of accommodation and its equipments including fittings and fixtures.
• Looking after Employees & labor welfare and attend to their grievances. Ensure highly degree of discipline maintained in the camp.
• In charge of staff messing and catering. Preparing weekly menus for multinational work force & staffs.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors and maintain cost effective and ensure timely completion of maintenance works to the defined standards and specification.
• Remain updated on technical developments within the area of responsibility.
• Monitoring & controlling the Camp expenses on a monthly basis such as expenses on maintenance, Sewage & Waste collection, Drinking water & electricity consumptions, vehicle movement.
• To Monitor & control absenteeism, late coming & absconding cases.
• To ensure possession of all labour cards and valid documents.
• To ensure camp safety and labour safety. Taking necessary steps to implement safety rules and regulations.
• Keep close coordination with Health & Safety Dept in terms of camp safety and fire alarm systems and with HR for labour related issues. Carry out inspections & audits and track actions closeouts.
• Manage an office of 12 Supervisors and a workforce of 45 staffs.
• Maintaining records with proper filing system, Draft and compose official letters, report writing, memos & verification of overtime sheets.
• Scheduling Managers conference and meetings, prepare agendas and record minutes.
• Oversee Housekeeping and maintain hygiene within camp premises & ensuring hygienic & sanitized condition of living area.
• Monitoring & reporting all incidents, accidents & unsafe acts or conditions in a timely manner.
• Consolidate & recommend the request for cleaning consumables every month and get it approved from Management, thereafter ensure collection of material from stores in charge.
• Ensuring timely pest control inside the camp in coordination with the pest control team.
• In Charge of operation and maintenance of Laundry & Laundry Staff. Monitoring of laundry washing standards and ensure prompt delivery.
• Planning & organizing social gatherings and sporting activities.
• Directly reporting to Business Manager for all Camp Administration purposes.

Mar 1990 - Dec 2007: Served in Indian Air Force as Junior Warrant Officer with relevant experience in the areas mentioned:-

• Widely experienced as Camp Commandant (Camp Administrator), Unit Warrant Officer in various Air Force Stations/Base with approximate strength from 1000 to 3500 people at various bases.
• In charge of Staff Accommodation and Recreational Facilities.
• Responsible for Station Maintenance Contract of various buildings & installations.
• Responsible for up keeping of Camp Beautification, Hygiene & Sanitation and House Keeping.
• In charge of staff messing and catering.
• Appointed as Assistant Security & Intelligence Officer in various Air Force & Defence Establishments.
• Independently handled recruitment of group ’D’ (Class 4) employees.
• Conversant with various aspects of accounting of public and non-public funds.
• Conversant with preparation of pay roll and settlement of various types of claims, audit objections observations as well disbursements.
• Hands on experience in computer MS Word, Excel, Typing official correspondence, official letter drafting & documentation etc.
• Organized and coordinated mega events, conference, parties & meetings. (Such as - Indo-US Conference, Indian Air Force Commanders Conference, Air Force Day celebrations and parties, day to day official meeting and conferences).
• Expertise in fire fighting and handling all types of firefighting equipments (Major and Minor), maintenance and relevant procedures.
