JOB DESCRIPTION
Presently I am working as Technical Officer of Instrumentation at Uch Gas processing plant of OGDCL having 300 MMSCFD with control system is D.C.S BAILEY INFI-90 Canada in which following duties:
•Maintenance, servicing & calibrations of the instrumentation of the following units of the plant:
Low & high pressure boilers, incinerator, different type of compressors,dehydratin & H2S sweetening area, control system of gas turbines, cooling tower, water treatment unit, gathering area, well side instrumentation and DCS of plant.
•The nature of job involved is carrying out maintenance activities, including preventive & annual shutdown maintenance.
•Maintenance & calibrations of different type of Control Valves.SDV,ESDV,self regulators, solenoid valves etc
•Maintenance & calibrations of transmitters of Pressure, Flow, Level, Temperature.
•Maintenance & card repairing of laboratory equipment like gas analyzers & chromatograph, ovens.
•Calibration & servicing of different type of Pressure, Flow, Temperature gauges.
•Worked on the control systems like Bailey DCS, Allen Bradley PLC/SLC, relay logics, fire & gas security system.
•I have experience in programming and fault finding of Allenbradely PLC,SLC like editing in RsLogix, Logixpro,Relay Logic etc.
•Maintenance and troubleshooting of European Gas Turbine of 4.8MW/ 6.6KV made by EGT (U.K)
