 Oil and Gas Gathering Stations:
Operate & control wells through different Headers for optimum production. Oil manifolds, Gas lift manifolds, surge tanks, separators (Two / Three phase) Dehydration units, water Disposal pumps, Crude Transfer pumps, Chemical injection pumps, Gas / oil pigging operations, well testing, computerized well testing etc.

Operate & control Gas compressors Inter stage scrubbers Gas treatment, Glycol contactors, Glycol regeneration Gas export, and taking care of routine sampling of oil, Gas, Glycol & condensate. Skilled in the positive Isolation & De Isolation of equipments like vessels &Tank for maintenance. Experienced in working with permit systems, Gas Testing, mechanical and electrical Isolation procedures.

 Central production facility and Tank Farm:
Receiving crude from various gathering stations, Gas Boot and free water knock out tank, Dehydration tank, Desalination Tank, Produced water tank, Skimmer tank, Storage tank operations, Emulsion treatment by Electrostatic heater- Treater, Demulsifier injection pumps, injection rate calculations, Desalting crude through Electrostatic Treated, Crude Transfer pumps LACT meter proving shipping pumps.

Trouble shooting as per cause & effect logics, operated Gas Turbines for generator, Compressor, Pumps, and fire rater pumps, PIG Launching, & Receiving preparation of production Reports, well test Data Entry and DCS Operations. Very Conversant with all the safety procedures to be adopted in the plant.


 Central Production facility and Tank Farm:

Worked in Gas Gathering Stations, Gas compression Facilities, Gas Plant etc, Handled different types of Gas Compressors (reciprocating and Centrifugal) sweet Gas purging of
H2S Gas Compressors isolation & De isolation of Compressors Startup/Shutdown Logics Recycle and Anti Surge Functions scrubbers Auxiliary pumps Heat exchangers etc. handled gas turbines (Ruston Solar) and Gas Engines. [WAVKESHA, CATERPILLAR] as primer movers to compressors, Gas Plant Operations Pre-water knockout Drums Degassing vessels Glycol Regeneration Unit, Propane chiller, exchangers Flash Separators, NGT unit and storage tank, Mainline Gas export and control.

 Water Treatment and Injection Plant:

Working in Pre-Treatment of River water [TSS Y 50mg/1 ltr.] water filtration De-aeration, etc filters (Dual & Multi) Decorators, Charge pumps & Transfer pumps. Chemical injection operations and monitoring of water injection system high pressure injection well head operations and water sampling etc

 Well Head Operation
Conducted Routine Inspection and operation of X-mas tree and flow line checkup for leaks. Flow line Flushing jobs. Launching & Receiving PIG or Scrapper. Monitoring and Inspecting of pipelines for leakage and puncture. Isolation & Hand over wells to wells services for per formation, Acid jobs, Wire line operations such as coil tubing, SSV & SSSV operations, well head panel (Baker) operations, Flow line choke changing, STHP, FTHP, Well Equalizing, Annulus pressure Testing, Grease and Sealant using chemical injection, PSL & PSH pilot settings of SSV etc

Opening & closing well head, well choke changing operation (GOR) operation of wing value, Master value Grown, SSSV, SSV, X-Mas tree operation (single & Dual completion), Solid Block, tanked with hydraulic / Pneumatic operation. Sub sea well operation, Choke manifold operation, Isolation of flow lines studying Difference in pressure by taking reading, calculation of production.


 Well Completion
(Single dual Strings) as a part of completion team our work includes testing of Down hole equipments such as pump out plug landing Nipple, Safety valve, Packer, Expansion joint, Mandrels, etc. Running in hole completion string. Nipple, up X- Mas tree of various companies such as BHEL, IKS, WHI, FMC, testing of packer from Annulus, Testing of infectivity from cementing unit & installing of Back pressure Valve.


 Well Testing
Flowing the well through various sizes of chokes through three stages separator, separator changing, diverting in well into the separator, operating & Normalizing with different size of orifice plate to measure the quantity of gas, oil & water rate is measured by positive displacement meter or (Turbine meter with Totalizer) controlling of separator pressure using pneumatic controller.



Processing

 Conveyors: Screw (shaft and shaft-less), Belt, air, vibrating, bucket elevators, and transport lines
 Drum dryers: Furnaces and rotating dryers, RTO burners, and duct heaters
 Dust collection: Dustex systems, bag houses, jet cleaners, scrubbers, and oiling systems
 Fish processing: Cutting machine laser auto programming, bone milling and drying machines, fish meal furnace, packing and conveying machines, ammonia and Freon refrigeration plants (frozen tunnels, direct and indirect systems)
 Waste to Energy: Kiln furnace, rotating combustors, recovery boilers, and steam turbine generators
