Main Responsibilities

• Produce the Country Office’s monthly standard financial report
• Payroll administration
• Process and transfer grants to implementing partners using the organisation’s Grant Administration System
• Ensure that all grants sent to implementing partners are confirmed and audits are received from the partners and enter the information into the Grant Administration System
• Extract information from the organisation’s intranet and come up with grants financial controls report
• Compile the Country Office’s carbon footprint information on a quarterly, bi-annually & annually basis
• Conduct back-ups for all work on staff member’s laptops and desktops every forty night
• Process staff travel advance requests and ensure that these are retired as soon as they return from trips
• Maintain and update asset register
• Conduct Annual Risk Assessments at the offices
• Responsible for all office purchases e.g. coupons, equipment, furniture and stationery for the office
• Petty cash management
• Responsible for filing finance and programme documents
• Responsible for renewal of insurance and medical cover for all staff members
