Presently I am working in Kuwait as an INVENTORY CLERK CSA Ltd (Supply & Service Department) since Feb 2002 to till date. My enclosed CV is a good summary of my general experience.

2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]

FEB 2002 till Present CSA Limited, Supply& Service Department, CSA Ltd, Kuwait

Inventory clerk

 Review reports for accuracy Performs data entry and data collection as required processing of materials as per the NSN, unit of issue, Nomenclature, Quantity and condition in the SARSS (Standard Army Retail Supply system) system.
 Perform all required processes in SARSS-1 as required by SOP to include, Process customers request manually (DD Form 2765) and through Diskettes, Perform Trans-in, Trans -Out and Closeout for the main SSA and the forward SSA, Issue status report to the customers, issue Reconciliations report and posting when returned by customer, Build catalogue for request process, Give assistance to all customers on any problems relating to the SSA.
 Working in SARSS system. All the AOA requests (2765-1) posting in the SARSS System, D6S Receipts (1348-1) processing, Turn-in D6Z processing, Conducting monthly cyclic inventory and 10% sensitive inventory, location survey etc.
 Ensure that all Requests are processed in a timely manner and notified to the customers.
 Maintaining Shelf Life program for CL-1(Water, MREs &Rations) CL-II (All Stationary items), III P (Oils and other related Hazards) & CL-IV (Construction materials) shelf life items in MS-Access & make sure that all items are good for issue to the customers.
 Monitoring SARSS Transactions such as FTP, POINT TO POINT, and PBUS.
 Performs INVENTORIES and LOCATION SURVEYS (100% Sensitive and 10% cyclic inventory by monthly basis & Pseudo receipt inventory by daily basis (before closeout).
 Maintain stock control records and other documents such as all Inventory and
Material Control, daily report, Turn-in documents, walk through report, Zero
Balance report, location survey list, recon filing, financial liabilities, customer request etc. Build catalogue records for Offline requisitions.
 Processing the receipt. Perform due in and due out accounting
 Print and monitor the Zero Balance report daily basis keep due out percentage in lowest level.
 Update In-gate and Out-gate Container tracking Systems Container Management Support Tool (CMST)
 By using Portable Data Collection Device (PDCD)
 Updates all journals, ledgers and related records of customer Accounts.
 Operated and maintained “The General Store” retails software. In SSSC (Self Service Supply Center).Operating UNIX based SARSS (Standard Army Retail Supply System) program and disseminating all output to the customers in a timely and efficient manner.
 Maintained files in accordance with The Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS).
 Issue of various supply items to each Army unit.
 Ensure the MSDS along with the hazardous items Provides Material Safety Data Sheets for each Material Release Order (MRO) during the issue of hazardous materials.
 Maintaining records on properties held in warehouse under class 1 to VII supplies.
 Storing the materials according to the bin ticket locations.
 Analyze and review the customer’s monthly due reconciliation with the Supply support Activity for all valid supply transactions.


Stock Clerk

Performed receipt, storage, issue, and inventory control procedures.

 Performed inventories and location surveys.
 Physical arrangement for proper storage of Materials.
 Ensured supplies were properly secured and safely transported to the storage area.
 Enter all documents into the computer database. Responsible for the safekeeping of all
files and records.
 Establishes and maintains stock record, account record and other documents such as inventory, material control, accounting and supply records.
 Preparing Purchase Orders as per the requirement of Materials. Supervise Packing and follow up the Suppliers
