Objective:
My Objective is to get a challenging position in a multinational company working in the gas plant, gas compressor station, LNG industry, onshore and offshore pipe lay, platform maintenance, cement, refinery, chemical, petrochemical construction, and power (thermal, gas ,solar &nuclear plant ) projects that suits my specialization, qualification and experience.

EMPLOYER MISR COMPANY FOR MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL PROJECTS (KAHROMIKA).
POSITION QA/QC & BOILER ENGINEER.
DUTIES:
§ Review all application drawing by comparing design drawing with workshop &site drawing.
§ Prepare inspection and test plan (ITP) procedure for all activities.
§ Familiar with codes and standards as (API 1104, ASME SEC-I, II, V, IX, B31.1, AWS D1.1).
§ Check purchase order (quantity, type& size) of materials and electrode and record of batch no to
ensure that metal and filler materials are properly specification.
§ material receiving with material control &reviewing material receiving inspection
report(MRIR)according to material certificate& purchase order.
§ Prepare survey procedure, steel structure fabrication & erection procedure.
§ Prepare piping fabrication and erection, grouting, sand plasting&painting, mechanical cleaning,
flushing pressure test package, insulation steam blow procedure.
§ Prepare leveling, alignment, erection& tighten &steel structure procedure.
§ Check height of sole plate and anchor bolts.
