I’m just been promoted as EMS Team Leader responsible for maintenance the metro station of Light Rail Transit since 2009. I’m from Malaysia.

Have gone through work experience Under Government of Dubai (Road Transport Authority) starting familiarize with basic Engineering And Maintenance Procedure and Instruction. Its follow by Health, Safety & Environmental Training by Connaught Compliance Training. Attending Fire Safety Training prepared by Dubai Civil Defence which under Dubai Government.
Understand and familiarize with Technical Drawing for buliding services especially for Electrical and Mechanical Equipments railway station.

Done Inspection, monitoring and troubleshooting for Air Handling Unit (AHU), understand working principle of AHU, chillers, Fan Coil Unit (FCU), Tunnel Ventilation System (TVS), Heat Exchangers and Fire Alarm Mimic Panel. Also check capability of the AHU by Environment Control System monitoring on the Dubai Metro. Have through safety training on construction site.

Have experience dealing with contractors monitoring on maintenance job such corrective maintenance equipment pipe leaking, travelators, escalators, and elevators especially in railway industry. Have Monitor Engineering Works; Identify corrective maintenance requirements, urgent fault reporting; perform shift and emergency duties when required.

Have familiar with inspection Uninterrupted Power Supply Low Voltage Distribution System (LVDB) such as Primary Cabinet, Sub-main distribution Boards and Motorize Control Centre.
As a Team Leader of Electrical & Mechanical Services to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities Level 1 and Level 2 and minor modifications on building services and E&M facilities covering platform screen doors system, station automated doors, building automated doors, lighting system, lifts, escalator, travelators, wayside switches and isolators; Ensure the maintenance tools & equipment are in good condition

Have Produce and maintain good maintenance records of building services and E&M facilities, equipment performance, work accomplished and other information using a computerized maintenance management system;
Follow all relevant operations and maintenance rules, procedures, and instructions to carry out the E&M engineering and maintenance activities in a method that will not cause harm;

Consider and evaluate safety issues in relation to all engineering and maintenance activities, including software configurations, equipment modifications and new works; Promote safety awareness among the E&M engineering and maintenance teams and the subcontractors;
