Responsibilities: Big Spring Cable produced complex wiring harnesses for U.S. Military systems such as the F-15 Fighter. Personal accomplishments included complete rewrite of the corporate Quality Policy and Manual together with all subordinate departmental quality policies. In addition, I edited all departmental internal audit forms. Our team created the company's Quality Program and received certification from the International Standards Organization (ISO) complimented by written accolades from NSAI.

Responsibilities: real estate acquisition and property management encompassing commercial and multi/single family properties. This effort involves contract negotiations for purchase, renovation and construction, marketing, demographic and feasibility research.
