This includes five years experience with an EPC company where I handled different Onshore and Offshore Engineering Design projects (FEED, conceptual, facilities Tie-ins/modifications, Detailed Design Engineering and Construction Assistance etc). The projects based responsibility span across Gas, Condensate, Oil, water and gas processing systems. Projects involved Replacement, Expansion or Totally design of new equipment for construction or procurement.

Detail Design of Shell Petroleum Development Company Associated Gas Solution Facilities: Provided instrument and control engineering input in the review and verification of design data, reports and studies. Work closely with project team members to define, examine implications, and propose new facilities and/or facilities modification to achieve project objectives. Prepared required specification and datasheets necessary for the requisition and purchase of all instrument packages. Prepared instrument indexes, I/O list for DCS, ESSDS , F&G and updates as more data becomes available. Provided oversight to contractors and preparing all necessary drawing to AFC status including As-built Instrument and control Equipment layout/drawings. Prepared instrument deliverables/drawings such as Instrumentation and Control System Block Diagram, Instrument Power Supply and Distribution Diagram, Instrument Logic Diagrams, Cause & Effect matrix etc. Ensuring that all relevant SPDC Code, Standards, DEPs and International Standards are strictly adhered to. SNEPCO Offshore Diesel Oil Purifier changes out (Replacement) and general instruments upgrade, installation and commissioning (FEED & DETAIL)
Carried out feasibility studies on the existing module , reports on update control requirements. Inspect the integrity of the existing power cable of the equipment motor unit. Review and recommend the motor technical rating of the existing purifier against the proposed new purifier. Proposed new circuit breaker for the new installation to ensure compatibility and suitable power supply to the proposed module. Designed cable tray and support for the proposed diesel oil purifier. Reviewed / input to P& ID for possible synergy to the existing facility

Associated Gas Solution phase 1 & 11 (FEED & DETAIL DESIGN).
Carried out Instrumentation, Control & Automation FEED & DETAIL ENGINEERING DESIGN for SHELL Companies in Nigeria (SCiN) major and minor projects.Assessed the instrumentation, control and automation philosophies required together with other disciplines in order to optimize operations and maintenance activities. Developed and reviewed documents, study reports and design calculations and ensuring conformance to engineering quality, standard and competence. Developed the facility instrument specifications and philosophies such as, PAS, HMI Foundation field bus, SIS F&GS I,C&A. Provide technical support and participate in risk based analysis on instrumentation work lists, as well as applying engineering theory, practices, and principles to determine root cause of equipment failures. Facility instrument upgrade (FEED AND DETAIL DESIGN)
Reviewed and comment on the P&ID as it concerns instrument and control equipments. Assisted in carrying out control valves, relief valve and shut down valve assessment for possible upgrade while considering impact on existing facilities. Prepared instrument index and datasheets for the new equipment. Participate in technical and design reviews, HAZOPs, Constructability workshop, FirePran, SAFOP etc.

Santa Barbara Surge Vessel Gas Project (FEED)
Generated the required field Instrument specification and philosophy for the entire facility. Reviewed and made inputs to instrument drawings such as Safety Shutdown, PAS Architecture and system block diagram etc.Safety Integrity Level (SIL) study, classification and report for all the safety loops. Gbaran–Ubie Integrated Oil and Gas project (IOGP)
Reviewed the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) packages and BFD for the project scope clarification. Prepared necessary documents for the EPC and other miscellaneous activities.
