Chris-Marine Spindles Grinder, grinding all kinds of spindles for 4 stroke engine like Deutz, Mak, Pielstick, Yanmar, Wartsila, Hyundai, & Caterpillar.
 Dye check valve spindle, checking for crack, corroded parts and damaged area.
Cylinder Head and Cylinder Liner, Cleaning and dye check the surface of the cylinder head and checking the landing of the Cylinder head and Cylinder Liners may have crack or damaged part.
 Valve Cages, dye check for corroded parts, leaks, damage valve seat face and valve and valve guide round-

 Cleaning, dye check, and also calibrate piston shirts clearance and clearance of piston ring groves

 Fitting of connecting rod new bearing, then calibrate for clearances.
 Engine block, crankshaft upper, lower bearing cap clean and dye check locate if any crack.
Refitting of lower bearing cap to the upper bearing with new bearing fitted and also crankshaft already fitted in the engine block. Check for contact to the crank pin. And
Start tightening by torque wrench and last is angle.
 Recondition and Repair Anchor winch gearbox replacing new bearing.
 And reconditioning all kinds of Engine to Auxiliary Engine.
 Calibration of Piston Ring groves, shirts, pins groves.
 Working in MV Vasco Da Gama Vessel a dredger ship, we assist all the engine crew. To repair a lube oil pipeline, water pump remove and replace new bushing and Seals.

 Greasing the hydraulic cylinder of Bag filter and checking the oil level.
 All small to big motor fans checking all the temperature and vibration.
 Greasing (E.P) Hammering system bearing (Only for Shut Down).

CLINKER SILO NO.1 & NO.2 SECTION:
 Checking the centralized grease pump and the Bucket conveyor and bearing.
 Checking and greasing the fan blower and bag filter.
 Checking the temperature of fan blower and the put grease.

BALL MILL SECTION:
 Greasing the Upstream bearing Seal, Downstream bearing Seal, Water spray System bearings.
 Check oil level and pressure of the hydraulic tank, Upstream and oil tank Downstream, Main gear box and
Auxiliary gear box.
 Greasing the Weigh feeder roller bearing the Separator flap valve bearing, Vibration Screen bearing.
 Greasing Cement Silo No.1 & NO. 2 Air vents bearing.

PACKING PLANT SECTION:
 Greasing the (2) Bucket elevators (Ground floor) and greasing all parts of the Gear box.

tank, settling tank and Tween tank.

 We do preventive maintenance, repair, replace defective parts adjust engine component.
 While on Port, we start No. 1 auxiliary generator for re-calibration of fuel injector.

 Main engine, change new engine we found that that the crankshaft is not in balance. Cylinder heads
pistons w. connecting rods, cylinder liner remove. Injection system assembly, rocker arm assembly,
Crankshaft bearing, Camshaft Bearing, Thrust bearing remove from the shaft, and intake and exhaust
Valve assembly.
 Overhauling of the Main engine by removing all the main parts of the engine.
 Start water pump remove the water from the Main Engine.
 Old purifier damage due too old and also covered w/ rust.
 Remove all valve replace new.

leakage of the body the Main engine, Auxiliary generator sump oil level, cooling water radiator,
Marine diesel fuel level, Storage tank, Settling tank, Tween tank.
 Ship stop for emergency repair of Windlass gear damage, and has to be replace new.
 Crane No.1 removed gear and chain replace new.
 Main engine stop, due to overheat of cooling manifold, stop in the center of the sea.
 Stop in Cebu city port for replacing the discharging pump due to short circuit.
 Remove piston No3 for changing new piston rings, piston ring leaking (Blow-by).
 Stop in Port of Mariveles, Bataan City for loading for Soya beans and start cleaning Main engine.
 Cleaning the 1st and Secondary fuel filter, re-calibrate the injector of Auxiliary Generator No.1.
