I have passed B.Tech. (Chemical) with first class obtaining 68.644% marks Laxminarayan Institute Of Technology Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Presently working as a Assistant Manager in Sulfur Recovery Block (SRB) , Hydrogen Generation Unit (HGU) and FLARE Bharat Oman Refineries Limited (BORL), Bina (A grass root refinery) (Since sep-2008). Presently I am involved in pre commissioning and Commissioning activities in sulphur recovery unit ,hydrogen generation unit and Flare ,looking after P&ID & PFD review, Equipment Data Sheet checking ,preparation of operating manuals , SOP’s , Hydro tested plans , flushing plans , column internals checks , vessels inspection ,DCS graphics checks and Loading of reactor’s catalyst

Prior to this I have worked as a Process Engineer in HINDUSTAN ZINC LIMITED (A Vedanta Group Company) Chittorgarh Rajasthan (Since Oct-2006-Aug-2008). My responsibilities included monitoring the plant Parameter, looking after the shift activities to achieve the Production targets within the specified quality and maintain Specific Consumption norms with due consideration of Plant as well as Personal safety, Trouble shooting, putting the plant back on to stream after resolving the upset and manpower handling in the plant. Handing over and taking over of the equipments after maintenance.

Maintenance & Operations
 Knowledge of operating DCS (Distributed Control System)
o TATA HONEYWELL
o YUKOGAWA (CENTUM CS-3000)
 Performing functions of troubleshooting & breakdown/preventive/shutdown maintenance for bringing down process control instruments downtime to a minimum level.
 Preparing maintenance schedules, conducting regular calibrations to ensure the performance capacity of various process control equipment.
 Coordinating in planning and controlling the procurement of spare parts.
 Providing technical inputs & developing master specifications with needs assessment.

Pre-commissioning, commissioning and Instrumentation
 Preparing pre-commissioning schedules in coordination with equipment supplier, erection agency, testing and commissioning team to match with the project completion plan.
 Executing process measurement, control instrumentation & services to monitor, record & optimize the construction processes.
 Verifying the location and installation of instruments, cable trays, instrument airline routing with plot plan.
 Managing installation/ commissioning of various instrument for smooth operations.
 Reviewing the operational practices, identifying the areas of obstruction/ quality failures and work on system and process changes for qualitative improvement/ energy conservation.
 Supervising the preparation of MIS and various other reports to apprise top management of the routine engineering operations and assist in critical decision-making.

Designing
 Inspecting the plot plan, wiring layout, instrument air piping layout and instrument hook-up drawing, hazardous area specifications, etc.
 Coordinating with the consultants in completing the drawings in order to complete project on time.
 Managing the following activities in BORL
• P&ID & PFD review, Equipment Data Sheet check.
• Preparation of simplified one page process flow diagrams, plot plans and control philosophy drawings for SRU and HGU.
• Preparation of Operating Manual, SOPs, and emergency procedures.
• Preparation of Hydro tested plans and water Flushing/air blowing plans.
• Column internals checks and vessel inspection, format checking and their liquidation according to P&IDs.
• DCS graphics checks.
• Loading of reactor’s catalyst and PSA Adsorbents.
 Pre-commissioning & commissioning activities for Roaster (having capacity 954 MTPD) and sulphuric acid plant having capacity 900 MTPD)
 Managed the following activities in HZL

• P&ID review
• PFD review
• Preparation of SOPs and Operating Manuals
• Equipment data sheet checking
• Hydro test & Flushing Loop preparation.
• Handling DCS control panel for monitoring and controlling of process parameters (temperature, pressure and concentration, etc.).
• In-Charge of the Roaster and sulphuric acid plant as Shift In charge for shift activities.
• Involved in safe Start up and Shut down activities of Plant.
