Key responsibilities

 Preparation of electrical single line diagrams
 Preparation and checking of detailed electrical working drawings of all the systems
 Preparation and checking of detailed control drawings for the major electrical systems
 Preparation and checking of cable route plan and lighting layout drawings using NUPAS-CADMATIC.
 Preparation and checking of as fitted drawings for the vessels and offshore modules.
 Preparation of bill of materials
 Preparation and checking of wheel house and ECR console layouts
 Preparation and checking of fire alarm layouts and wiring diagrams
 Preparation and checking of working diagrams for GMDSS, Alarm monitoring system, thrusters, steering gear ,tank gauging systems, HVAC, deck equipments, sprinkler system, water mist system, CO2 system ,engine control system and all the navigational equipments
 Preparation of DP Interfacing drawings
 Attending engineering meetings with Project Management Consultant/Client
 Prepare Inspection Schedule, Installation checklist, Material Approval Log, Work Schedule, Equipment Installation Schedule
 Close Monitoring & reporting of progress of the project execution to Interaction with other discipline engineers to ensure that the progress of the project follows the planned project schedule and to prepare the coordination drawings for the further execution thereby avoiding the fouling of discipline items each other.
 Finalizing all the navigational and communication equipments with the help of procurement department.
 Preparation of technical delivery conditions for helping the QC department.
 Preparation of commissioning procedures and submission to class and class for approval
 Well knowledge in ABS, BV, DNV and Lloyd’s class rules.
 Attending the FAT for different electrical equipments.
 Commissioning of various electrical equipments
 Active participant of sea trials.
 Verification & Approval of the sub contractors document submittals , drawings, operation & maintenance manuals etc.,
