1. Summary (Cover Letter) - CV/Resume Part 1 [Mandatory]
My main area of focus is embedded systems and automation. I have been working in this field since 2006 while I was still a student in electrical engineering.
I have undertaken numerous projects involving data acquisition and control deployed through purpose built embedded systems but also through industry standard PLCs. I am currently a postgraduate student in Swansea University doing an MRes in Environmental Management - marine energy.
My current project which is based on a novel marine energy device is not far from this area as I am working on the power generation of the device and more specifically on developing a system for the testing and loading of the generator using high power semiconductors and PC based data acquisition systems.
My main skills are technical problem solving, design of electrical & electronic circuits and turning designs and ideas into actual working applications.

Research work on the technical aspects of a novel marine energy device. Collaboration with the involved industrial partner in developing a control algorithm for the PTO of the wave energy converter. (Part of the Mres course - Swansea University.)
