Working as supervisor on Kito Office for drilling supervising the offshore drilling platform (cantilever jack –up 4 legs type ), Persian Gulf , Hengam and Kish field . Derrick load capacity 500 tonnes, 11 SA Varco 500 tonnes top drive in use ,PZL -11 triplex mud pumps ,2500 HP drawworks .Well depth planned is 17000 ft with presence of H2S . Directional well experience on Schlumberger Rotary Steerable System .
Daily main job tasks are as follow :
-Solving and discuss problems during drilling such as: gas kick, sloughing shale, fishing, stuck pipe , different lost circulation.
-Running tri-cone and PDC bits .
-Perform job duties in accordance with the standards, codes of practice and procedures according with Drilling Manual and HSE Manual.
-Discuss the well prognosis and agree on the well objectives and requirements with petroleum development office company department .
-Collect the offset wells data and summarize the hole problems and capture the lessons learned to be implemented in the new well.
-Select the BHA’s, Mud types and densities and performs torque and drag calculations.
-Select bits based on the performance in the offset wells and the directional requirements.
-Prepare and compile drilling programs for different types of wells (producers, injectors, re-entry, oil, gas, etc).
-Review all cement programs and calculate the required cement volumes for each casing size.
-Perform all the required studies and update the database with each well performance.
-Prepare well report including the well survey, wellhead description, completion and well bore drawing, operation summary in the vertical and directional hole.
-Monitoring day-to-day operation of the Rig, as well as requirement. Ensure material request are issued in a timely manner to avoid disruption of operation and downtime.
- Assist and report to General Manager (Technical) in all aspects of planning and reporting the department’s all daily rig activities.
- Assist and report to General Manager (Technical) to resolve technical problem that may occur during drilling and workover operations.
-Check and sign all daily indents rig issue ,discuss all of rig issues with Drilling Manager in charge that will check and approve the top priorities indents after the reliminary discussions with him and the final his signature get indent validity to Procurement Department for urchasing process.Urgent indents are daily top priorities to be solved asap to avoid rig downtime.
-Check and clarify with Procurement department and Logistic officer in charge all drilling rig issues,update and check delivery time for each one issue.
-Assist and check in the designation Port ( Ajman, Hamriyah, Khalid Sharjah) the loading process for drilling equipment,spares,food containers on the cargo vessel. Inform office, agent in charge and rig regarding cargo status and discuss ETD/ETA to Offshore jack-up drilling rig for supply vessels.

TCP /DST job w/ LPRN tester valve – Omni valve – drain valve and Champ pkr , monitoring gas and liquid production while DST formation test with MPFM Unit ,cement jobs ,drill out bridge plugs ,set all kind of packers and bridge plugs ,used all kind of fishing tools , casing tie-back ,N/D BOP,s , N/U X-tree ,rig down and rig up workover rigs .
