JOB PURPOSE:
- Influence the customer towards Ericsson's acceptance approach, getting fast acceptance, keeping Ericsson's acceptance costs low while supporting good cash flow.
- Manage the acceptance process, acceptance planning, and acceptance execution within the delivery organization and towards the customer.
- Obtain customer acceptance, in co-operation with KAM organization, business/commercial responsible and operation management, together with the project execution units in order to get the fastest cash flow.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:
- Deliver according defined and agreed acceptance criteria (KPIs, check points, tests), etc. and acceptance process with the customer, as well identify the Customers acceptance responsible Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and other authorized persons to sign acceptance protocols and other acceptance documents.
- Management of the all acceptance activities for the customer contract, including planning, execution, follow-up, reporting, corrective actions and co-ordination with related activities – to achieve applicable target of customer project acceptance.
- Representing the customer projects, towards the customer for the Acceptance activities as Single Point of Contact (SPOC), managing the relationship in a professional and mutually beneficial way.
- Representing the customer project for the contract Acceptance activities, including applicable service providers, towards management including line and project management and steering group.
- Reaching customer acceptance as defined in the contract and to see that, in co-operation with the customer SPOC for acceptance, any issues are resolved.
- Responsible for input and output to and from Site Handler which will be used for reporting an accurate daily, weekly and monthly status to the customers, the Projects and Account Organizations.

AUTHORITIES:
- Make day to day decisions on acceptance matters together either the projects and KAMs
- Manage the budget for acceptance within the projects
- Assign work to applicable project delivery units/organizations for acceptance activities and have control over the staff assigned to acceptance activities.
- Represent the projects on acceptance related issues towards the customer
- Sign acceptance certificates and reports on behalf of Ericsson within the contract scope (or define how signing authority is delegated)
- Escalation of acceptance related issues that need management action or support outside the acceptance area.

- To follow-up and summarize reporting of project performance indicators (PPIs) in relation to Toll Gate and Milestone targets specified in project requirement.
- To summarize the project progress, material utilization, schedule & cost forecasting related with NRO activities within Project Office and Logistic Group in O Division and budget versus actual cost within Project Controller in E Division.
- To prepare the project progress related NRO activities within O division and to present in weekly NRO meeting or report.
- To monitor corrective actions required for project’s quality improvement.
- To prepare NRO report on a weekly basis approved by EID/O/PC. The report submitted to all departments within O division, PM and also related KAM Organization.
- To prepare NRO report on a monthly basis approved by EID/O/PC.
- To prepare NRO actual progress and forecast on a monthly basis as basic for NRO KPI report.
- To participate in promoting consistent implementation of Ericsson’s Process and working toward ISO 9000 conformance.
- To assist EID/O/PC Project team to analyze and review actual progress, plan, cost, resources and efficiency related to NRO activities.
- To consolidate project historical information in-terms of productivity & required records.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Interact with Department Heads, Project Managers (PM) , PM-Methods & Tools, Project Planners and Project Controllers also others Division within EID on issues related to NRO (Network Roll-out) Actual Status and Forecasting.
