And have 10+ years work experience in corporate world in both public and private sectors. Currently, I am with JVC Limited, construction, engineering company in Ghana as Head of Human and Administration department, also have oversight responsibility on procurement and logistics.

Responsible for the effective and efficient performance of daily administrative procedures aimed at ensuring that proper administrative systems are maintained and procedures complied with as prescribed by the organization’s policies.

• Maintained and Updated Assets Registers for the program. Maintained a register for petty cash transactions for reconciliation with petty cash returns to be received. Reviewed and reconciled all travel advance reports. Distribution, compilation, revision and submission of completed staff time sheets.
• Spearheaded the implementation on proper internal control measures, administrative procedures and policies at the program level through segregation of duties and proper definition of financial and administrative functions, creation of stores for the program, maintained and updated inventory records. responsible for procurement of some office essentials
• Spearheaded repairs and routine maintenance schedules for fleet of vehicles, estates (staff guesthouses) and other properties of the organization.
• Spearheaded the institutionalization of weekly Management Committee meetings and was a secretary to the committee.
• Responsible for the creation of staff personal and other administrative files and ensure proper files are maintained and updated at the program level, responsible for personnel issues such as health, safety, security and welfare. Assisted and supervised the establishment of premier staff welfare association both at the local and national program levels
• Directly supervised all administrative and other staff (such as drivers, security ,cooks, cleaners, etc)
• Spearheaded the introduction of staff attendance, security and daily occurrence, and vehicle movement books aimed at ensuring punctuality, staff reduced absenteeism, and security


Ensured effective and efficient performance of daily administrative duties, aimed at ensuring that proper administrative records are maintained and procedures compiled with as prescribed by the organization’s administrative policies/manual in line with the government policies.

Duties: Supervised and coordinated all security activities and services, Responsible for contracts, Assisted in procurement of some office equipments and consumables, Responsible for protocol/secured visas and other traveling documents for staff travels, etc. supervised repairs and maintenance of office equipments, fixtures and fittings, ensured that all properties (such as fixed assets- moveable and other immoveable properties) are kept in serviceable and repairable conditions, supervised all general administrative staff.

Core Duties: Selling of life assurance policies and/or products, selling of general insurance products and/or policies both on commission, educating and advising clients on best and other insurance policy (s) to available,

Duties: assisted in the writing of the assembly’s meetings minutes, assisted the Municipal Personnel Officer in personnel issues, and assisted in organizing workshops, and seminars and other meetings.

Duties: elution attendant, delivered logistics and other material requirements to gold house, took elute samples to chemical laboratory, took sample to metallurgical laboratory and cleaned cylinders and maintained proper environment
