2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]
Detail engineering of piping system for Oil & Gas industry including piping layout, modelling of piping system using computer integrated plant engineering 3D tool PDS, Pipe support engineering, Specification for all Piping components.
Conceptual location Planning of equipments(Centrifugal Pumps, Blowers, Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessel and Atmospheric tanks) & Pipe Racks to ensure safety, quality, cost-effective design & design as per client specification.
Preparation of Overall Plot Plan, Equipment Location Plan, Material Take off, Generation of civil information, Feed Verification.
Detail knowledge of piping layout of various mechanical equipment like pump, Compressor, Storage Tank, Column & pressure Vessel, knock-out drum, Steam Turbine etc.
Preparation & checking of Nozzle orientation & clip arrangement drawing. Knowledge of ASME & ANSI codes and standard.
Knowledge of selection of pipe material using code and standard.
Study of P & ID and Material Specifications.
Knowledge on pipe, pipefitting & valves (standard, nonstandard & safety valves).
Detail knowledge of checking of Mechanical Data Sheets & Vendor drawings of mechanical equipment, Civil steel & foundation drawing.
Extraction of ISO & Neutral File Creation for Stress Analysis.
Checking of deliverables such as Isometrics, MTO, Valve list, line list, speciality item list.
Introductory process knowledge of oil & gas refinery and Power plant.
